A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

with mine, all I do is hold the top button down for about 8 seconds until I hear a tone/beep. Then have my phone search for an audio device and it picks of the earset and ready to go. I hope this helps.

I found the solution in the online manual from motorola. I have included the website below: http://www.motorola.com/mdirect/manuals/QG-H700_9499A88O.pdf

SOURCE: My iPhone 4 bluetooth won't
On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).
While your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put it in discovery mode ***(usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10 seconds)***
Your phone will find the device, and you will be prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone should pair with the device then.
