It is a universal symbols,0= off, 1=low heat, II= high heat. Hope this helps you. Rob

I have lost the manual to this appliance and since I don't use it often I cannot remember which setting indicates the highest heat. Is it I or II?


one is the warm setting which is around 70 degrees, to the 2 which is the actual cook setting at between 350-400 degrees

On this machine it has I and II. Which one is high heat and which one is low heat?


I= hot
II=hotter
not very user-friendly controls, are they? :)
