SOURCE: cant access my facebook account,

Sorry to hear that iraya01, appears that other people is having the same issue, so it may be facebook website is the problem. Perhaps they are upgrading servers to fix some issues.

Another possible cause may be some security added to their login. You may need to be sure cookies are enabled in your computer. Try using a different web browser.

If you are able to login into your account from another computer, it's a good idea to check you computer for viruses and other badware. If you don't have a antivirus, run MRT (microsoft removal tool) or windows defender (can be downloaded from microsoft website).

I hope you good luck!

SOURCE: how to reactivate facebook account when i try to

leave it for 24 hours , once you make too many attempts to log in, facebook auto locks the account. Someone may of tried too many times to log in. After 24 hours it will give you another chance to log in. Also it HAS To be 24 hours not 23 hours or less or it will lock it again for 24 hours

I had something similar happen to me. It would appear that you have been hacked. Go online and contact Facebook through a new browser and go to the help area. Contact them. Through a painful process of emailing back and forth they will reestablish your account with a new password.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little down arrow in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

If you're getting an error message, exactly what does it say?

How do I reset my facebook password because I no longer have access to the email or phone number I used when I set it up

According to Facebook's Help Menu:

I can't reset my password because I can't access the email address listed on my account.
You may be able to get back into your Facebook account byanswering a security questionorgetting help from friends. To see if you have these options:
  1. Go to theFacebook login pageand clickCan't log in?in the top right.
  2. Fill out the form to identify your account.
  3. Look at the list of email addresses listed on your account. If you don't have access to any of these, clickNo longer have access to these?
  4. Follow the directions provided to answer your security question or get help from friends, if you see these options, or contact your email service provider.
Once you get back into your account you can change your login email address at any time from yourAccount Settings. You can also log into Facebook with any email address you've added to your account.

Unusual login activity - please review

Hello and welcome to FixYa.

If you are logging in from a different computer (but on your local countrys/facebook network) you would have to set the computer's name to something specific and maybe answer a couple of security validation questions.

Also the same stands for if you are logging in from a different country on a different computer from your original one (more security questions/identity validations needed).

Furthermore, this can happen if you are using a proxy or anonymizer which hides your original location/internet settings etc. If you are using the same account from both behind the proxy and normal browser, it might cause some unusual activity (e.g: see yourself as logged in as a contact when you are logged in).

Additional login info or security validations on facebook are triggered by default to verify that your account has not been hacked and the user's identity accessing the account is the same, only the computer (and/or) country has changed.

If you are having problems logging in,please check your internet connection, scan your computer for viruses or malware, or do a general cleanup of your internet browser's cache by going to: Tools-->Internet Options--> Hit the "Delete" button on browsing history section (this is for IE8).

Regards from FixYa team.

**Please dont forget to rate my solution as helpful or not**

Thanks.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD SO I CANNOT OPEN MY ACCOUNT IN FACEBOOK... WHAT WILL I DO

If you're having trouble logging in to your Facebook account, you might assume that you sahyd2don.jpg forgot your password. But maybe the Caps Lock key is tripping you up. Facebook passwords are case-sensitive, so "QWERTY7" is not treated the same as "qwerty7". Turn off the Caps Lock, and try again.

Still no joy? It might be a cookies problem. If cookies are disabled in your browser, you'll be returned to the login page even after entering the correct password. If you use Internet Explorer, click on Tools / Internet Options / Privacy and change the setting to Medium to allow cookies. Firefox users, go to Tools / Options / Privacy and check the "Accept cookies from sites" box.

Restart your browser and try to log in again. It's also possible that cookies are being blocked by some over-zealous firewall, anti-virus or anti-spyware software, so check your settings there if problems persist.

Okay, if none of that helped, you probably DID forget your password. No problem... just click the handy Forgot Password? link under the Facebook Login button. You'll see the "Trouble Accessing Your Account?" screen that's pictured here. Enter your email address (the one you used to sign up for your Facebook account) and Facebook will send you an email describing how to reset your password. You won't actually get your old password back, but you will get to pick a new one and regain access to your account.

So what if you forgot your password AND your email address? Or what if you can't login to that email account for some reason? Some sites have an automated way to regain access to your account by asking you to answer one or more security questions, but unfortunately Facebook doesn't. You can contact Facebook by email at info@facebook.com, explain your situation, and hope for the best. Your Facebook profile does have a security question, so I recommend that you include that question and answer when you grovel. But with millions of members, I would not expect a speedy response. I'd even suggest that you repeat your request if you haven't heard back in a day or two.

I have been trying to open my account for a week now and i cant! PLEASE help, I have tried to reset password and it keeps saying "Unusual activities"? on account....

Your account is flagged for activity that could be violating Facebook's Terms of Service. If an account is flagged for Unusual Activity, it generally means the account is hacked or activity on that account is questionable according to Facebook's criteria. Attempting to change your password or otherwise access the account generally doesn't work. You will need to access the Help section on Facebook to get in contact with technical support. Use a friend's account to access Facebook's help section.

1. Have your friend login for you.
2. Upper left corner is a menu option, "Account" Select it.
3. Look for "Help Center". Select it.
4. Two things you will be looking at in the "Using Facebook" Section. They are "Warnings" and "Security"
5. Select "Warnings"
6. Select "I was Blocked or Disabled"
7. Head to the section "Disabled: You are unable to log in to your account, and it is no longer visible to other users."
8. Read this section, clicking on the appropriate links. This helps explain why your account may be blocked. Next, head over to Security to submit a query about your account.
9. Go back to the Help Center, Using Facebook section again.
10. This time, hit "Security"
11. The Security section has a list of several possible account security issues.
12. Click on the issue that best matches your situation. Read each section to get a better idea if you have to.
13. Within each section, click "MyFriend's Account" to bring up solutions regarding YOUR account.(Remember, you are logging into Facebook on a friend's account, NOT yours!)
14. Each section is slightly different, so look through all options. Each section does include at least one option to submit a question. You will need to read each section carefully.
