When the compressor is running all the time and the freezer is not cold enough, it could be the hot side can't lose the heat, see if something is blocking the radiator on the back, but most likely you lost the cooling fluid through a leak in the cooling system. When the temperature is rising slowly through the days (or hours) while the agregate is running, that will be the problem. You won't be able to fill it up yourself. The system is filled and sealed.

Fan motor run all time make bottom to freeze up

Which fan motor are you talking about? There are two fans, one that is under the cabinet that blows air over the condenser grill and compressor. The other one is normally in the freezer and is referred to as the evaporator fan, which forced cold air out of the freezer and into the refrigerator. This fan is normally controlled by the thermostat and coldness setting. So It could be either of these two that are keeping it running.

Freezer not freezing

Is the compressor motor running. If no check starter/overload relay.
Check to see if the condenser fan at the back underneath near the compressor is running. If no check fan.

Are the condenser coils near there warm or room temp. should be warm

Is the evaporator fan in the freezer running. It blows cold air into the fridge side through a damper in the wall between the freezer and fridge. Make sure the damper is open.

Below the evaporator fan is the evaporator coils. Remove the back cover in the freezer to observe the frost pattern. Light frost everywhere(NORMAL) or a partial pattern of ice(LOW ON FREON) or nothing(LOW FREON OR COMPRESSOR PROBLEM).

Kenmore side by side is not getting cold or freezing

If the refrigerator isn't cool, you need to answer some questions, then see if the compressor is running.
First, answer these questions:
Is the refrigerator completely dead?
If so, see “It's stopped completely.”

The compressor is a football-sized case with no apparent moving parts. It's on the outside of the refrigerator at the back near the bottom. If it is humming or making a continuous noise and your refrigerator is still not cooling, there may be a more serious problem with one or more of several different components, we recommend contacting a qualified appliance repair technician for further help.

If the compressor is not running but you do have power to the refrigerator, there may be a problem with one or more of these:
The compressor
The Thermostat
The overload, relay, or capacitor
The defrost timer
The condenser fan motor

The freezer and the fridge are cooled by the same system, air is moved to the fridge by a fan from the freezer, either the circulation fan is defective or the fridge thermostat is defective.

Refrigerator compartment cools correctly for a few days then no longer receives cold air from freezer. The freezer continues to operate and gets much colder than it should.

does your fan blow? freezers have a fan that pushes cold air to the fridge side if fan is bad freezer will run extremely cold and fridge won't cool down and since frige won't cool down thermostat in fridge doesn't tell compressor to stop

Kenmore 23.1 cf Chest Freezer not cooling below 14F

Make sure everything is working, I.E. compressor, fans. Now I need to know if the freezer shuts off at 14 degrees, or does it continue to run without making temp. If it shuts off, then the first place to look is the thermostat. It may be out of calibration. If it continues to run, then the solution may be as simple as cleaning the condenser coil. or the defrost has malfunctioned somehow. Defrost probleams will cause excess ice on the inside coil. You may need to remove the panels to see how much ice is on it. It sounds like the compressor is good, as it is pretty cold. Just not cold enough. A deep freeze should be at least 0.

The Air conditioner are good only the adjustment of thermostat are the problem, select the thermostat in lower #3 you observe the thermostat will off in such time temperature reach to #3 If you full adjustment the compressor will not off.
In fan selector the compressor will autamatic off because no connection attached fan only .
