It needs repair. No setting or bad signal can cause that particular effect.

How do I reverse the picture on my SEIKI SE32HY10 TV

To reverse the picture on your SEIKI SE32HY10 TV, you can try the following steps:
  1. Press the "Menu" button on your TV remote to access the main menu.
  2. Use the arrow buttons on your remote to navigate to the "Picture" or "Display" menu.
  3. Look for an option called "Picture Orientation," "Mirror," or "Flip Horizontal/Vertical."
  4. Use the arrow buttons to select the option and press "Enter" or "OK" on your remote.
  5. Check to see if the picture has been reversed. If not, try selecting a different option if available.
If you are unable to find the "Picture Orientation," "Mirror," or "Flip Horizontal/Vertical" option in the Picture or Display menu, it's possible that your TV may not have this feature. In this case, you may need to contact SEIKI customer support for further assistance.

TV: bright line across black screen for several hours.

vertical output ic needs to be resoldered. careful leaving that bright line displayed on the screen as this will cause a permanent phosphor burn into the tube. this can not be corrected once burned unless you replace the tube. mch

Screen gets horizontal lines and jumpy screen.

Your problem is capacitors CP204 and CP205 by the 9 volt regulator on the main board. Cp204 is a 47 microfard @ 50 volt and the other is 100 microfard@ 16 volts

Black horizontal bars and jumpy picture.

Yes . Some of these caps are in the secondary of the power supply and some are on the signal board around 5v and 7v supply lines on the signal board . The 5 & 7 are mounted on heat sinks and the caps are right around there .Generally either 2.2uf or 4.7uf or the 47uf . Good luck
