Contact the manufacturer saying you are concerned about buying any more and then explain what happened and that is has not happened before and see how they respond. If they are a good company and want you to keep buying from them they will try and help in whatever way is easiest to solve the problem.

I have shrunk a Woolen Doona is there anything I can do to restore it

I would make a frame around it approximately the size it should be. then use lots of strings to pull it evenly all around. Gradually shortening the strings while working the wool to try to get the fibers to open up.

How do i contact the manufacturer?

Check the Wash/Size Tag, there should be a RN or CA number on the tag if it was sold in USA or CANADA. With the RN #, search for Apparel Registration at the .GOV website.

My screen has shrunk to the middle of the screen. i have tried the horozontal screen size and theres no difference. this is happening on windows xp

Simple test: unplug all the cables from the monitor, start it alone and launch the settings window of the monitor. If the image is also shrunk there then the monitor is defective, about to die.
Take it to repair shop as fast as you can, otherwise it will fail for good and it will be unfixable.

Tool, taskbars and text all shrunk to half normal size

Did you try Control Panel and Display, Setting tab and adjusting the resolution by moving the slider? That should take care of it.
