Taking a break from Home Chef is easy. You have the ability to manage your Home Chef delivery schedule for the next five weeks by using our “skip” option mentioned below. Our flexible subscription allows you to deactivate your account at any time, for as long as you need. Simply go to your account page, click on the “Account Settings" tab, and pause your account at the bottom left of the page.



Pausing your account will effectively cancel your subscription with us, but if you'd like to start receiving meals again, you may log back in and unpause at any time.

Keep in mind that pausing your account will not cancel an order that’s already been processed, including your first scheduled order. Be sure to pause your account before the Friday 12PM Central deadline if you do not want a delivery for the upcoming week.

We have another Home Sullivan bed that has a lot more slats. This one only came with three. How can I order more slats and leg sets for those slats?


If it is new then just return the bed or ask the place you bought it from to get you more slats.
If you bought it used order some.
If your are ambitious you can take a slat to Home Depot and they can cut and make you some more.

48 Hour Grace Period
All orders are fully cancelable as long as the cancel request is received within 48 hours of the time the order is placed. After that cancellations will not be accepted.
The best suggestion is , if you desire to cancel after this grace period , is to transfer your subscription to someone else. In most cases the subscription can be transferred to another subscriber by contacting the publisher. If you do not have anyone else in mind to transfer your subscription to, you should consider transferring the subscription to the waiting room of your local hospital's emergency room or to a nursing home where there will be many appreciative readers. In order to do this simply call the publisher and request a change of address and recipient.

What denominations are Gift Cards available in?

What is a special order product?
Special order products are products that are not stocked in The Home Depot stores, but are available by placing a special order directly with the manufacturer. This allows The Home Depot to "extend the aisles" and provide you with additional products for your convenience. There are thousands of items available through our in-store Special Order program. Our Special Order manufacturers are experts at producing and shipping the items that are not typically on the shelves of our stores. Special order products can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered to the store. Most special order products are delivered to the store for the customer to pick up. Some products can actually be delivered straight to your doorstep. In either case, all special orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed.


How are special orders placed at the store?
If you would like to shop for a special order item in your local Home Depot, ask any store associate to see if a particular item can be ordered through our Special Order program. The store associate will then check by viewing the in-store special order catalogs to see if your product is available. Once you've confirmed the product specifications with the store associate, they will begin to enter the product data and your contact information into the store's Special Services System. Once your order is entered and reviewed, all you have to do is pay for the order. We'll take care of the rest.

How long does it take for special order products to arrive?Once the payment is received, a special order can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the specifics of your order. The "expected delivery date" is actually printed on your Special Services Customer Invoice. You should confirm the expected delivery date with your local store when placing the order to assure the delivery timeline meets your needs.

Can special order products be shipped to my home?
Most special order products are shipped to The Home Depot store where the order was placed, but many may also be shipped directly to your home. You should check with your local store when placing the order to confirm the delivery method.

Where can I check the status of my special order?
You may contact the store where the order was placed or access the status online at www.homedepot.com/orderstatus. In either case, have your Special Services Customer Invoice available.

Can I return or cancel a special order or custom-made product?
Yes, however there are a few conditions. Some special order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and most custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. You can cancel the order with the 21 days of placing the order and the money would be refunded back to your credit card with the next 2 weeks. Instead u can go for Norton Internet Security that can protect ur computer from Hackers as well.
