SOURCE: I am trying to pair my Bluetooth headphones to my ps3 and it asked for a pass key. Where do I find this?

The pass key is the key that you use to access your WiFi its usually on the bottom or the side of your modem unless you've changed the default password to something different.

What is the pass key code to pair lg tone pro HBS 750 to my ps3?

1. You need to charge your headset to full capacity using the charger supplied with it.
2. Disconnect it i.e. your headset from the charging source.
3. Press and hold the "Call/Send" button located on the front of the headset for like 5 seconds to activate pairing mode.
4. You should notice an indicator light begin to flash. Your headset is in pairing mode already.
5. By now, you must have had the bluetooth on your PS3 on.
6. Have both devices pair with each other.

LG headsets use a pairing passkey of four zeros ("0000").

It is asking for the Default passkey for the bluetooth device. You have to put 0000 as the pass key to pair up your PS3 with the blue tooth headset.

Hope this helps :)

I can not get my mad catz bluetooth connected to my ps3.... I also do not have the instructions but i do have the pass code

Hello,

A Bluetooth headset has to be registered, or "paired", with your PS3 before it can be used.
  • Make sure your Bluetooth headset is fully charged before you begin.
  • Check your headset instructions for entering "pairing mode". Activate your headsets' "pairing mode" so it can be recognized by the PS3.
  • On the Cross Media Bar (or XMB) of the PS3 go to the "Settings" tab, then down into "Accessory Settings", then down into "Manage Bluetooth Devices".
  • With your headset in pairing mode, follow the onscreen instructions and let the PS3 scan for your headset. When your headset is found, follow the prompts and enter a pass key (if necessary- the default is usually 0000 for all brands). The pairing should now be complete.
Hope this helped.
