Question about Polaroid Televison & Video
Is there another way to connect my soundbar to my telivision ive got it connected through the headphone socket to the two RCA sockets on the back of the sounbar the sound isnt very good and there's a humming noise . unfortunatley there is only the RCA sockets on the sounbar .Any help would be appreciated .Ive just noticed a coax out and subwoofer out can I use either of these bearing in mind the soundbar only has the RCA sockets .thanks
The coax out is a digital sound output. You can not use that on your soundbar. The sub out is for hooking the tv to a subwoofer (bass only). You gonna have to use the Headphones output, buy a good 3.5mm to rca cable preferably one with a built-in noise filter so it can attenuate the "hum". Also try lower the volume on the TV so you can have less distortion. That's all!

You can buy a rca to 3.5mm jack adapter from the link---
And it will help you to use a headphone with your TV.

First off you need to retire that ps2 and join the PS3 revolution, well worth the money although with the recent drop of the inferior x-box 360 the PS3 may follow suit shortly.
Now, I'm gathering from your discription limited as it may be that you had an adapter that connected the the stock cable that was included with your ps2 which consists of the end that interfaces with the ps2 and the end that is ment to provide the signal to your tv which includes your composite video (yellow) and your left and right audio (red&white).
If this is case then it should be a simple matter of removing the adapter that changed the source (ps2) signal to aerial and pluging the yellow red and white cables direct to your tv (standard imputs at the rear of the television should be video 1,2,3 ect.
Then just make sure your tv is on and set to the correct imput and you should be rockin and rolling in no time.

User problem!! The main TV volume and the headphone volume work independently so you can have the TV volume set at zero and use the headphone volume. However I suggest getting a pair of headphones with it's own volume control.

SOURCE: HD set top box to PC via HDMI
it should be an HDMI Output, you should be able to hook up to a monitor with no problems but directly to a PC, not so much. In what way will you be using this application, that may help
