Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Don't give up yet. Almost every brand of ink cartridge has a tiny computer in the cartridge itself, to monitor the ink level so they say. Quite often it's a bold faced lie. Most can be reset easily, after I reset mine, it went from almost dead to 40 percent full, and no I'm not joking. Check out this video clip on youtube. He's doing with an Epson cartridge, but most others are quite similar. .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJQ1FQ68l
Whatever you do, DON'T touch the microchip on it, the oils on skin will damage the cartridge and make it unusable.
Glad I could help and possibly save you a lot of money. Grimm
