If it's the pins in the cable you can get another cable.
If you mean the pins in the camera then you need to contact Olympus and see if they can repair it, or try a local camera repair shop. Now a days things are not made to get repaired and often sadly have to be replaced.

My pioneer cdj 800 mk2 is constantly looping itself, please help!

This probably means that one or two of the tact switches which enable the loop (loop in, loop out, reloop) is damaged and need to be replaced. In pioneer cd players when a tact switch is semi-broken, then if you press another button then it looks like you pressed that semi-damaged switch. For example you may hit "cue" and the cdj loops! It is quite common.
If you have some soldering skills this is the tact switch:

The picture is fine but the sound is not working. I push the volume and you can see where the volume level is going up. Have tried turning it off and unplugging it to try to reset it but nothing has...

Picture being Ok, and no sound output, means there is some problem inside the sound output circuit of your TV. It may be due to a speaker fault or an IC fault. You have to find out which of these has fault.
You just place your ear very close to the speaker side, and switch on your TV with its AC mains On-Off switch, not by remote control handset. Listen carefully, whether there is any sound output of any form comes out of it or not. If there is no sound at all you can determine that the speaker may be out, not in all cases. If you have the habit of listening your TVs audio by using a headphone, continious in-out action could damage your TVs headphone socket. If the headphone sockets' contact got damaged, no sound output will come from it to the speakers. Suppose you can hear the sound through your headphones but not throuhg speaker, means that its change over contact has some trouble. You just do this first. Insert a headphone pin into your TVs headphone socket, if provided, al listen to it for sound. If there is no sound from headphone also, Sound output Ic iside your TV has damaged, or not getting proper voltage to it. If there is sound through the headphone, and not from TVs speaker, trouble is related either speaker or the above said socket.
If all the above has no effect, that is no sound either from headphone, of from the speaker, you should go into the circuit board of your tv to get the fault.
Open your TVs back cover, and trace for the sound output section. There will be an Ic used as sound output. Check whether it getting heated some time after switch on the TV. If it overheats without any sound output, it is damaged Desolder it out from the circuit board, go for a same type and number, replacing it will solve the problem. If it doesn't overheat, or no heat at all, check its input voltage. In some cases, loose soldering points on the legs of Ic may also the cause. Check it too. Ok.
If you need any more clarification, ask me through Fixya. Give
a brief explanation about what you have done so far also.

The bios chip,if removed, wich way does it go back in?and if it was put back in upsidedown, and the power turned back on,would it be damaged?..thank you, michael and can i use another one from a different pc?

Look at the chip one corner will be cut off and look at the pins if they are bent you have to straighten them first if you powered it up and did not have it in the right way it may have destroyed the chip. The pins have one corner missing on the chip and on the chip socket you will see it has one pin missing in the corner. also you need to use the dielectric grease on the heat sink before installing the fan or it will overheat the chip good luck hope this helps.

How do I fix the on/off switch for and ATW-T202?

Had the same problem - faulty switch. The switch was labeled ALPS so did some searching and found a replacement switch at Mouser Electronics. P/N SSSS928200. Switch is $.64 + shipping. So I ordered 3.

Best way to replace it is destroy the old switch in place careful not to damage the solder lands on the PCboard. Then unsolder each pin using minimum heat to not damage the PC board. Insert new switch an resolder. Note carefully the routing from the pins so if you do damage a land a short piece of wire to its destination will replace the damaged routing.

Nikon d70s

The card may have pushed the pins through the back of the circut board inside the camera (a semi common issue) or they may require cleaning (with some contact cleaner or rubbing alcohol in a q-tip/cotton bud).

Check for corrosion and/or damage to the pins.

Also, and this may soud stupid, shake your CF card to check for loose internals whcih would indicate damage to the card.

My camera sporadically gave card errors then would flash "FOR" without me pressing anything and would result in corupted image files. This was due to por pin contact caused by a damaged CF card (caused by my dodgy card reader) but in your case the pins or card may be damaged causing a poor connection.

The only solution I have found is purchasing a new card as my pins were ok but my card was damaged. Your situation may require a clean and service and/or repair to the pins.

Good luck!

Replacing a keyboard for HP Pavilion dv9815nr Notebook PC

I am assuming this is a laptop

Be very careful when handling internal parts that you do not
static zap them. Avoid staticky clothes, carpets etc.

Ground yourself to a water pipe, grounded metal appliance or
even the ground pin of a wall socket just before proceeding.
Very small static shocks, far less then a tingle, can permanently
damage the microchips inside a PC.

Also, the keyboard is probably held in place with a single small
screw and connected to the main board using a paper-thin
flexible printed circuit type ribbon connector. These connectors
are extremely fragile, yet very tightly held in place. Extreme
caution is needed when pulling them out, and it is even more
difficult to plug them back in.

Any physical damage, tearing or abrasion to the ribbon on
the new keyboard will permanently destroy it.

You will need bent long-nose pliers or plastic tweezers to
do this.

Good luck,
