Question about Dragon Touch Touch R10 10.1 Google Android 4.1 Dual Core Tablet MID PC, Rockchip RK3066 Dual Core Cortex A9 CPU up to 1.6GHz, 1Gb RAM, 8Gb HDD, Multi-Touch Screen, Front Camera Rear Camera, Google Play Pre-Installed, HDMI
When you insert an SD card in the slot the tablet will *mount* it automatically. This means it connects to it and formats it and adds some files and folders so it can utilize it.
Before you remove it you need to go to Settings>Storage>External SD and touch the *unmount* option.
If you don't do this there is a chance the card can be corrupted and can become unusable. If the tablet said new SD card then you might have to go into Settings>Storage>External SD and touch the *Mount* option.
If it's a new SD card chances are you didn't hurt it. But if it's a use one on which you had a lot of data stored and you didn't unmount it before removing it you could have damaged the file structure and your only option to get it back would be to put it into a card reader on a laptop or desktop and reformat it.
