I need to know if this entire stroller will collapse, or do I need to remove each seat and only collapse the chassis?

SOURCE: Collapsing the stroller

If your wheel is in the locked position it won't collapse all the way. Make sure the wheel is in the swivel position and that it is facing out. Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Chassis won't lock into position

Don't worry, this is normal. once you lock the seat into place, the front bar stays put, even if you hop a curb.

SOURCE: Stroller won't collapse for storage

I figured out how to collapse the stroller....There is a black button about 2 inches in length underneath the handle, slide that to the left and at the same time press the 3 inch yellow button on the front of the handle....the stroller collapses forward for storage.

How do i attatch the quinny zapp xtra seat to the quinny zapp frame

Yes the new seat unit can be used with old zap.You remove the fabric seat (look on u-tube if you don't know how)the new seat unit then fits on to frame via the addapters that come with the xtra seat unit, at the point where the car seat addapters fit. There is a large push button on the top of the seat unit which you push in to recline or sit up the seat, and a little one too next to it, that needs to be pushed away from the larger one, while you hold the large button down when you want to remove the seat unit.I found fitting the xtra seat very easy.To fold the zapp you Must remove the entire seat unit as it won't fold with it on, unlike the old one.

Hi...my husband tried to fold our quinny buzz 3 with the seat still locked into position. He didn't remove the seat first and I don't know how he even managed to fold it with the seat still...

This is not an issue you can repair yourselves, the chassis must come to our engineers for inspection and repair work required. If you are a UK customer call 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to book it in for this. Standard charge is 72GBP and includes courier collection and delivery.

Remove the quinny seat from the base, then collapse the base

Good Afternoon

On either side of the Buzz seat there is two catches; you use these catches to recline the seat unit to the required angle. Push them both down and it unlocks the seat - Lift the seat toward you and it will come off the chassis.

To collapse the unit down, its easiest to do so when you're standing in front of it. On the left side knuckle is a button you need to push down: On the right side is another button with arrows on it which you need to push and bring toward you. With your hands on these buttons bring the weight of the Buzz toward you and angle toward the floor, and it will slide into the collapsed position. Ensure the transport lock is on before travelling with it collapsed.

When chassis is open, it won't lock in place

Hi,

When the chassis is open but with no seat/carrycot/car seat on, it will move like it is not locked properly, this is normal. When you place a component on top, this will then lock the chassis completely.

Hope this helps.

We are trying to collapse the frame we have no clue how to fold it ready for car.

Hi,

If you lock the front wheel and lower the handle bar to the lowest postition first, this will make the chassis as small as it can be. Remove the seat/car seat or carry cot if this is on the chassis.
Then, stand in front of the chassis, with the front wheel between your legs.
Push down the grey rectangle button on the left hand side, then pull toward you the right hand rectangular button then push this button downwards,
Then, withnthe two buttons still pushed in, with your full body weight, push the chassis downwards the floor until fully folded.

I hope this helps.

What is the best position for the seat back to be in when closing the Chicco Cortina stroller? When I collapse the stroller using the handle, there is some resistance before it locks into the closed...

The seat back position isn't important. What IS important is the position of the stroller handle (not the one used to collapse the stroller).

If the handle is left up while collapsing, the stroller should fold easily. If the handle is down, it can get in the way and cause the process to be more difficult.

I have to take most of the removeable parts off of mine in order to fit in in the back of my coupe.

Packing Stokke Travel Bag with the Chassis - bassinet

Hope I can help you out with this...for me it was quite easy once you get the hang of how to fold the stroller system at the smallest possible fold. You have to have the seat at the lowest position, next you fold the front wheels inward so that it is flat against the stroller, then fold the handle all the down toward the stroller frame so that it is flat. NOW you have the stroller at the smallest fold. Remove the SEAT from the Stroller frame and place it on top of the stroller (FYI - the adjustable foot plate should still be attached to the SEAT and it fits directly ontop of the 2 metal pieces that protrude from the stroller that you normally instert the seat into)
NOW it will fit inside the Stokke Travel Bag.

I need to take my peg perego car seat off the chassis of stroller

It releases from the chassis the same way it releases from the base in the car. You may have to hold down on the stroller chassis with your foot while pulling up on the lever on the back of the car seat.
