Most audio equipment will pick up radio waves of various kinds. The question is do you want it to?
If as I suspect you don't then you have a problem. You can get special filters that connect between the aerial plugs and the receiver. These are set up to remove CB radio signals. Your local electrical parts shop or aerial installers will stock them. Also fit cable connections that are good quality, designed with high quality screening built in.

SOURCE: Lost Remote for my Durabrand HT-395 Home Theater Systom

There are no codes you program into the remotes unless they are learning remotes. If you did the manual search for the code, then the universal remote will not work on that unit I'm afraid. You see you are not entering the code into the remote when you push the numbers the book tells you to. What you are doing is accessing the pre programed codes that are already programed into the remote. You cannot add any codes for universal remotes unless like I said before, they are called learning type remotes. Those cost loads of cash. Good Luck

SOURCE: v ipod mode in Samsung HT-Z420 home theater system not working

Plug a yellow video cable into the TV (IN) and the Sound system (Out) then go onto AV1 on the TV or which ever port you plugged the cable into and play a movie and u can see it. A menu doesnt come up like the A ipod funtion so it comes up no signal until u play an actual movie on the ipod. If u dont have a yellow video cable i think u can use the white or red audio ones.

Need to find code or whatever to get direct tv white remote control RC 65 to operate regent HT-2004 home theater system.

You can get the manual and codes on the link below. If you do not see your receiver then do a code search on page 9 under SEARCHING FOR TV, AV1 OR AV2 CODES.

Here is the only code in the manual for you receiver.

Regent 31437

Page 9 under CONTROLLING OTHER COMPONENTS will tell you how to enter the code.

Here is the manual on the link below.

When you talk into the microphone your voice which is sound pressure is converted to electrical voltages then it is increased in power to about half of the power of what the CB will sen out to the antenna. To make the CB radio transmit, there is a circuit that creates the proper frequency or channel. It is then increased to about twice the power of the voice circuit. They are combined together just before it goes into the antenna. It leaves the radio and goes into the antenna where it leaves the antenna as an electromagnetic wave. Electricity in the air with a certain value of frequency and strength. When the CB receives, The antenna picks up a signal, an electromagnetic wave, as it passes by. The electromagnetic wave, which is a small voltage, with a certain frequency and strength, enters the radio where it is processed . It is then increased in power . It is now connected to a speaker. The speaker is also a converter. It converts electrical voltage back to sound pressure so we can hear it. As the electrical voltages make the cone of the speaker move in and out. There is a lot more detail than this but this should help. Many things happen inside the radio that cant be explained in a few paragraphs.
