My sister forgot her Apple ID on her iPad and she's 55 and can't remember her password what to do?

Under this circumstance you may have to reset the iPad if you forget both Apple ID and its password.

To reset iPad without Apple ID, you need first put iPad into DFU mode and connect it to your iTunes. Your iTunes will help you to reset your iPad without entering Apple ID easily. Resetting your iPad with this method will result in wiping all the data in your tablet. The following steps will show you how to do that.

Step 1: Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPad to the computer with a USB cable.
Step 2: After that, turn off you device. Press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds.
Step 3: Put your iPad into DFU mode: Press and hold the Power and Home button for 10 seconds. Then release the power button and keep holding the home button. When you see the Apple logo disappears, you have successfully put your iPad into DFU mode.
Step 4: When iTunes detects that your iPad is in recovery mode, you can restore it now.
Step 5: Click on Restore iPad. Then you will be notified after the reset and your iPad will take a restart.

After resetting your iPad with the guidance mentioned above, you'd better create a new Apple ID and password in time. After resetting iPad, you will get all the data swept from iPad, and you can restore the files from your iPad, iTunes backup or iCloud backup. However, you can't backup iPad to iTunes/iCloud without Apple ID before you reset your iPad . In this case, you need the third-party iOS data recovery software to help you recover lost data from iPad after factory reset without Apple ID.

Re set ipad mini

Generally speaking, you need the Apple ID to reset your iPad. iPad needs you to enter the Apple ID to switch off your account and the Find My iPhone service will be turn off. If you are using iTunes to reset your iPad, you need to enter the Apple ID when your iPad reboots.

But if you have no Apple ID or passcode, you will have to reset your iPad without Apple ID. To reset iPad without Apple ID, you need first put iPad into DFU mode and connect it to your iTunes. Your iTunes will help you to reset your iPad without entering Apple ID easily. Resetting your iPad with this method will result in wiping all the data in your iPad. My App Store icon has disappeared from my iPad and my apps do not show up in iTunes. My son can't play Boom Beach without updating it. Please, someone help me put the App Store Icon back on my iPad

Hello,

If the App Store icon seems to be missing from your Apple iPhone or iPad, give these steps a try to find it.

Fix 1 - Double Check Everywhere

Be sure the icon is not in a folder. Check every Home screen and every folder. Also use search to see if you can find it. From the Home screen, swipe all the way to the left screen, then search for "App Store" to see if it appears.

Fix 2 - Check Restrictions

  1. Open "Settings" from the Home screen.
  2. Tap "General".
  3. Select "Restrictions".
  4. Make sure "App Store" is set to "On" (green).

Fix 3 - Reset Home Screen

It is possible that the icon is on a different home screen or in a folder. Look on other screens and within folders. If you still can't find it, try resetting the home screen by selecting "Settings" > "General "> "Reset" > "Reset Home Screen Layout". This should return your icons to default settings and restore the App Store icon.

Note: If your iPad was provided to you by the organization you work for or a school, it is possible there is software on the device that locks access to the App Store. Ask your IT department for access if you feel this might be the case.

How do i unlock my ipad i bought it used and i dont have a password and now it is locked and asking for password

You will have to restore it by connecting to iTunes on your computer. That will erase all settings including the password. If you have a backup you can get it then set up as a new device with a new password.

Why do iPads etc have unreadable screens in sunlight

its because of technical reasons:
Reading the iPad under sunlight exposure will be more acceptable if you adjust iPad application font size to make larger it than average and increase screen brightness all the way up, then it's more easy to read.
- the latest iPad Air2 has an improved display and in the near future there will be less problems with reading in sunlight in new iPads coming....

Dropped my iPad 2 broke it pretty bad won't come on any ideas

Lots of phone repair shops replace touch screen and eventually the display, but it costs. consider to buy a new one. You have a (much) faster system, with a better screen and putting on the same account on your new iPad, will put the back upped files if you did make a backup on the computer or in the cloud. All the apps you already have, are in the cloud. All the music you bought is still in your account and can be retrieved again for free.

My kids locked the ipad it keeps asking to connect to itune, but I know the code

I don't have an iPad, but I did find this article. Sounds pretty much like what you're describing. Maybe this will help. It does say that making you connect to iTunes is for your protection in the event that someone steals your ipad.

Keep in mind, I have no idea how data is synced on an iPad, so I don't know if you may lose saved data on the device. Hopefully you've got that already synced/backed up:

Is the hot iPad a problem? Should I give to my kids?

This has been debated many times. Many feel that the new iPad's heat is a problem, while many others think it is the media blowing it out of proportion. The majority of FixYa Experts feel the answer is somewhere in the middle as it definitely does run hotter than the iPad 2 but does not run as hot as some laptops.
So I would say it is a problem but not one that should keep you from buying for yourself to use.
But, I would be careful giving it to your kids. Make sure to monitor them when they are using it. Children's skin is much more sensitive than adults. Be a good parent and like everything be close to your kids when they are using the device.
If you do that, playing with the new iPad should not be a problem for your kids.
