If the fuse blows when i flip the standby switch, but not when the power switch is on by itself, what could be the problem?

A faulty tube would be a likely culprit and one of the easier things to check. When in standby, really just the filaments are lit. Lots of other possible issues but tubes would be the first to check.

Not getting a 110 votts to transformer

Measured where? You're getting 110V on one side of the switch but not the other with the switch turned on?? - faulty switch. If you're measuring across two terminals of the switch, with the switch turned on, you should read 0 V. Switch off should read 120 V. Is there a fuse between the switch and the xfmr?

Flange or chorus is stuck on

Switch may be faulty or just dirty. The jack should have switch contacts that make contact when the jack is removed- those may be dirty, it could also be a broken wire.

Dirty contacts can be cleaned with a contact cleaner or something like LPS1.

My Valley Arts Guitar (custom made) switcheroo system is stricken with static when I'm using the neck pick up (single coil). How can I fix it?

if the problem is only on the neck position it would seem that the switch or the pick up wiring is faulty. a little bit of WD40 on the selector switch will sort if the swtch is gone ...if you take the switch out and check the solder on the connections at the rear of the switch you may see the wire loose or solder point faulty.. just a dab with a solder iron should sort here.. you may need to resolder the connection.

Problems with amp switch

get an ohm meter and test to a known ground, like the sleeve on the guitar cable. If neither is grounded, it doesn't matter. If one is grounded, take it to neutral.
Best bet, get the same switch and put it in exactly like the one you have.
