Why is my washing machine tripping my main fuse box even when I change the plug socket

by "tripping main fuse" do you mean the high amp (eg 60 amp or 100 amp) fuse that feeds the whole fuse box? if that is the case, there is too much stuff on in your house that's drawing power. The fuse box is too small to power all the stuff you have plugged in and running. Suggest turning off other high draw appliances in the house, like large TVs or microwaves or air conditioners, when running the washing machine.

Wont heat up

Good Morning Johnnie, thank you for your post!

Often when a dryer no longer heats, it is because either a fuse from the fuse box is blown or the switches on the breaker tripped, depending on your house. If your house uses fuses, there are two house fuses that supply voltage to the dryer circuit in your fuse box. If one of the two fuses is blown, the unit may turn but will not heat. Check and replace fuse in fuse box if necessary. However, if the house has circuit breakers, there may be two breakers with switches that supply voltage to the dryer and one also may have tripped. Typically, the heater of a dryer requires 220 to 240 volts to operate. If none of the tips above solve the issue, then it could potentially mean a number of other things: defective cord, a wiring failure, faulty heating element, or control board. Which in the case, I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the dryer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.

Buttons, sounds, lights all go on but the dryer will not dry

Hello toofdr - Often this occurs because either a fuse from the fuse box is blown or the switches on the breaker tripped, depending on your house. If your house uses fuses, there are two house fuses that supply voltage to the dryer circuit in your fuse box. If one of the two fuses is blown, the unit may turn on but will not heat. Check and replace fuse in fuse box if necessary. However, if the house has circuit breakers, there may be two breakers with switches that supply voltage to the dryer and if one is tripped the unit as well will experience this issue. The heater of a dryer requires 220 to 240 volts to operate. Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household breaker to the off position. Wait approximately two minutes, turn on the dryer and select a normal cycle. If the issue persists, it could also potentially mean a number of other things: defective cord, wiring, control board or door switch. I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the dryer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.

Check if you soldered it correctly, if not, the relay might have been damaged, you might need a new one

When my fridge is plugged and turned on,it causes the circuit breaker of the distribution board feeding that part of the house to trip off. what could be the cause(s)?

well there is only one solution to that, your fuse box must be having a problem of what is called the sdc self dissconnect circuit now what you do is check your fuse box if the switch of that part of the house is off then call an electrician cause it is highly risky
