When my phone fall down the touch is stop working but the cell phone is fine everything is fine except the touch

Depends on witch phone do you have. On som phones you can replace touch screen on some you must buy whole digitizer.

If wet phone thought to never work gets replaced, and new phone has same problem but original phone is working fine except the touch screen lock won't accept the touch numbers to unlock, is it possible it...


No, it sounds like the Digitizer isnt working on the old phone. Thats the part that registers touches on a touch screen phone. Activing the phone wont make a difference with the screen iteself

Can srvice provider stop your touch screen from working?


No there is no software which is used by the service provider...It is impossible to lock the touch screen.The problem of your screen should related to Hardware failure.This sensitive components can easily damage....Therefore,my advise is to visit nearest mobile repairing shop.They can repair it by changing the touch or let them check the if it is internal hardware.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya

My nokia 3600 slide screen kept blank.all of it works fine except the screen


If everything is fine except your screen, bring it to a technician and have them check first the flex wire.

If your flex is fine then the last thing will be your LCD. have it replace

Touch screen is not working


Problem is not screen joanne. its your keypad. you have to replace the keypad and your touch will work again. buy original keypad only. tested by me.
