Replace the battery on your motherboard.
I used to have that issue. Replacing the battery should fix that.

READ THE MANUAL ABOUT BIOS-SETUP.
1.SET CORRECT TIME WITH THE ARROW-TANGENTS.
2.PUSH F9 TO SAVE.
3.EXIT BIOS AND REBOOT.

THAT SHOULD DO IT.

Does your BIOS clock revert to default after rebooting? do you get CMOS checksum error when you start the PC? if that's so then your BIOS may need update. Try updating your BIOS by downloading from the manufacturer's website. Follow the instructions carefully or you may brick your motherboard. Manually configure the time thru "control panel > date & time " settings. Make sure that the time zone is set according to your location.

Go to the opening screen ( programs etc) and find the control panel. click on that and in the left hand side list under control panel home you will see clock, language and region
click on that and you will be presented with a drop down box or regional times. select the one closest to your location
you can fine tune it from there but mostly it will be right for your time division

How do i fix my Personal computer bios problem?

You can try and go to the manufacturer's support site and look for the updated BIOS as when your CMOS battery died it flashed the bios back to the original and that could be the problem? If you post the Make, Model of your PC then I may be able to link you to the updated BIOS for your PC?
Let us know?
Thanks,
Frank

Ms 7528ver1.0 rombios

Hello here is the msi homepage:

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/G31M3-F--FSB-1600-.html#/?div=BIOS

You have to be sure its the right mainboard.
Flashing the bios with a wrong one will destroy the mainboard.
It does not have to be a bios problem you have.
The problem could be a faulty power supply, or a bad ram module.
Or simply the pc is shutting down, because of overheating/overclocking.
If you get the blue sreen of death, the harddrive could be the fault.
Try also to renew the cooling paste, between the cpu and the cooling element.
Clean also for dust.
It sometime will help to upgrade the bios, when the pc is unstable.
But do fix the power shutdown problem first.
If you upgrade the bios, and the the pc is shutting down while doing this, the mainboard is scrap.

Best of luck

Date and time wrong on start up

This indicates the BIOS battery is flat and therefore cannot store the correct date and time in the BIOS. You need to install a new BIOS battery and then go into the BIOS setup to set the Date & Time.

Laptop date and time setting get disturbed automatically when i reboot my laptop

When you boot up and the Date & Time is wrong then you correct the Date & Time, then when you shut down and boot up again the Date and Time has changed. This is an indication that the BIOS battery is flat and you need to replace the BIOS battery. Install a new BIOS battery, go into the BIOS setting and set the Date & Time etc. and the new battery will keep your settings stored in the BIOS.

It says there are error codes 163, 8611, and 163 time and date pop up but if you try and pass that it freezes and shuts down again. please help

The 163 error is a BIOS Date & Time error. Go tinto the BIOS setting and set the Date & Time. If you boot up the next time and you get the same error, this is cause by a flat BIOS battery, replace with a new battery.
The 8611 error relates to the PS2 mouse bus connector, try a new mouse or use a USB mouse.

My pc have bios problems when i power up then my pc is start up directly without tocuhing the pc start buttom ,Actually when i touched my pc motherboard battery (cell) and jumber for breaking the password...

Go back into BIOS and reset the time and date even if it is correct. Change it to the wrong time then change it back. See if that clears the error. While you are in BIOS check around on each of the menus see if anything says bypass on start up...or something to that affect. Finally, are you sure the battery is not in upside down? That would cause you some funky problems also.

Can not save to bios

windows and the bios needs to know that the operating system can be shut down through windows, so when you go into the F2 or Del on boot up, go into advanced cmos setings and look for ACPI and make sure it is enabled. This sets the motherboard to support shutdown. Save and exit settings and reboot. Now go to control panel>performance and maintanance>power options and set the correct instruction for shutdown to shut the pc down. Remember evertime you remove the cmos battery or reset with jumpers you have to reset date and time and anything else you have changed to suit your set up
