Question about Televison & Video
This is the 5th time I've put this message in. When I select Netflix it goes to a lt. blue screen with a box stating there has been an internal error, and try again later.
1) NetFlix requires Microsoft Silverlight plug in.
Do you have it?
Check this Microsoft site to check if you have the updated version and how to install if you do not.
2) Have you tried to get onto NetFlix with a different browser?
Internet Explorer, Firefox ect
