Experts on Fixya are here to answer your questions in a concise, exacting way. We have many questions posed to us and have only seconds to decide if a question is "worthy" of our time. To get our attention, the question must be specific. For example, in your question, you do not say what device(s) you are using at the time you are trying to access Netflix. The answers will be very different if you are asking about a PC computer, or perhaps a smartphone, or maybe a smart TV. When we cannot make determinations based upon the questions level of detail, we skip over them and go on to other questions, You, as a questioner, have the duty to ask the question such that we can answer it. For example, if your car has a bad muffler and you Google the word "muffler", you are going to get a ton of **** that won't help you to determine replacement cost or availability. You then will have to keep refining your search criteria until you get the answer you want. The same holds true here. IF you are not getting a response to your question, try looking at the question from the our point of view and see if you can ask it better.

Roku com support

Did you try again later or the next day? If so without any results, then you should try customer support of Netflix... their number is 800.585.7265.... I wish you luck with your Netflix connection.

Can I connect to netflix to more then one televisions set in my home?

Hi Gwen,

Yes, you can have 2 to 3 devices connected to Netflix at once, from multiple devices/televisions such as mobile device, laptop, console, and television. If you connect with too many devices an error will appear stating: Too many devices are using this account, please try again later.

Sincerely,
