Display panel went black this morning. no power outage, just went blank.model mfi2269vem3 and serial number k04579390 . can it be reset

THis could be several things. The wires that go to the door could be bad, opening and closing the door causes this. The power supply could be bad and the display itself could be bad. You can try unplugging the unit from the wall for 5 minutes and then plug it back in. That is the only reset on it.

Have a Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher that is flashing ER

Good Morning Jimpat Holmes, thank you for your inquiry!

I understand that you are having an error code "ER" displayed on the panel of your Frigidaire dishwasher. Normally, "ER" stands for error code and that can be a miscommunication within the board. I would perform a reset on your dishwasher and you can do that by disconnecting power from your dishwasher for ten minutes. If you continue to receive an error code you could be experiencing an issue within the control panel or faulty wiring harness. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

Frigidaire Affinity Washer making clicking sounds after power outage.

Sounds like either the control board or the timer is faulty at this point. Contact a professional so they can diagnose the unit fully and repair where needed.

Power went out and we lost our custom announcement (our daughters when they were young !!) Just get the default..

The machine contains an internal battery, to keep things stored in memory. This battery will loose it's capacity over time. Keep in mind, that whenever there will be a powerfailure, the personal pre-recorded message will get lost.
If your machine is still in warranty-period, call customer-service and ask for a repair. If To repair this yourself, it's required to have some technical knowledge and skills about electronics. If you lack 1 or both of them, it's better to look for a new(er) machine.

But, no matter what you do, you've to accept the loss of the spoken message of your daughters.

I'm getting the same error. The hydro went out last night and I woke to the answering machine flashing and er message.
to the others - this is not a phone - it's an answering machine that attaches to any phone. It's the answering machine that gives the error.

Help....kenmore trio refrigerator, error message "er co"

The Er Co error code signifies a communication error between the display control board on the freezer door and the main power board on the outer back panel of the refrigerator.

Check the wiring and connections between the low voltage interface and the main high voltage board.

If you are able to unplug the refrigerator and remove the cover over the control board on the back of the refrigerator,
you can check the wiring connection on the main control board.

If this wiring connection is okay, check the wire harness connection under the hinge cover on the top of the left hand refrigerator door.
If these connections are okay, then you will need access the wire harness connection in the dispenser.

Your LCD Have Power But No Display?

Just for curiosity, shine a flashlight in to the screen at an off angle. See if you can see any kind of image. If so, this means that the back-plain lamps and or back-plain power supply have failed.

If there is no picture at all, then the drive module for the display, possibly including part of the power supply has probably failed.

Fisher & Paykel smart drive - all the lights come on!

It has put itself into the display mode (used in shop displays) Try turning power off and unplug from the wall outlet for a couple of minutes. Plug back in and see if it has come back to normal. If not then either the display board or the main board will need to be replaced. Get a service tech out to check which one is faulty.
