However if u have ur mobile number connected to ur acount u can get a verification text sent to ur fone after u go into the forget password page .

You cant actually remove the feature from your handset.
Your network/service provider can remove the service from your account, but will be reluctant to do so.
Best option is to go into your internet settings and change some of the details to a load of nonsense, your phone will then try to connect to the internet if you accidentally press the button again, but will be unable to do so, and therefore you will not incur any charges.
