Look in your device setting see if it needs re sync device, look to see if the drivers for the device is up to date, is there a connection that you can connect a usb to connect to a device, the drivers maybe corrupted or missing files or other information, delete the program and software and reinstall the software and see if that solves the issues, if not look in the control panel look in device drivers you dont want to see yellow triangle or XX, red mark, if you see any other symbols than click on the device and check for updates,

i think out dated software or corrupted software.

You did not mention pairing it. Remember that bluetooth speakers need to be paired with your IPhone. Consult your speakers documentation for steps to pair the device to your phone.

It's probably not the speaker, your phone is not recognizing the device. This is the link How to troubleshoot Bluetooth Connections from Apple:

My iPhone don't work with my Bluetooth speaker system

Paired is not connected. Connecting is the next step after pairing. Then make sure that the ilive speaker is set as the dudio output device.

I can't get my Braven 570 bluetooth speakers to connect to anything using bluetooth

Hi,these devices like bluetooth hand set or speakers must be paired in the master device, for example turn the speaker on make sure its blutooth is visible too all and find it with your phone device if your phone can see it try to go to option and make a new pair device,if your phone cant see it you may have problem with the speaker, try to read manual,if you still have problem, something goes wrong with device, and if it works successfully you can pair it in the laptops or PCs
kind regards

A friend connected a android phone's bluetooth to my itower. it worked, but now my iphone bluetooth does not connect. Can anyone please help me!

Pairing with iPhone
  1. Connect the iPhone Dual Dock or iPhone Bluetooth Travel Cable to a USB 2.0 port on your computer (not on the keyboard).
  2. Connect iPhone and the headset to the dock or cable. The headset pairs with iPhone automatically.
Pairing iPhone Bluetooth Headset with another Bluetooth-enabled deviceTo pair the iPhone Bluetooth Headset with another wireless device, such as a Bluetooth-enabled phone or computer.
Step 1: Set the headset to be discoverable
  1. Turn off the headset.
  2. Press and hold the headset button for about eight seconds, until you hear the startup tone and then five quick high beeps.

The headset is now discoverable and will remain so for about five minutes. The status light blinks while the headset is discoverable.
Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth on the other device and search for devices
  1. On the device, turn Bluetooth on and set the device to search for other Bluetooth devices.
  2. On the device, choose iPhone Bluetooth Headset and enter the PIN code 0000.
See the instructions that came with your other Bluetooth-enabled device for more information about pairing it with Bluetooth devices.

Is H700 compatible with the iPhone?

Here is a straightforward procedure to "pair" the Motorola H700 bluetooth headset with an iphone

1. Turn off the headset by folding the microphone.
2. On your iphone, go to settings-->General-->Bluetooth-->tap tp turn ON
3. To activate your headset, hold down the center button and keep it pressed while you fold out the microphone.

The iphone will immediately detect the device and state "not paiired"
Ignore this message and go ahead and tap on the headset menu displayed on th eipjone screen. You will e prompted fot a security code. Please enter 0000. The iphone will confirm that the devices have een paired successfully.
You arer done! To verify, try placing a call from the iphone and you will see a new menu on iphone asking you to choose the headset H700 or speaker phone.
Step 3 is the most important step in getting the two devices to talk.

Bluetooth

I will take a guess that you are trying to pair with something other than a bluetooth headset. The iPhone cannot connect (even though it may pair okay) to other phones, headphones, or any device other than a bluetooth headset. This feature is intentionally crippled by Apple.

If my assumption is wrong, please provide additional information about what exactly you are trying to do (and with what) to get your problem resolved.
