What do I need to mount a scope on a Mossberg bolt action rifle

You'll need scope mounts to fit that MODEL of Mossberg rifle and a set of rings that attaches the scope to the mounts.

Have a pine ridge rimfire scope need to know what mounts i need to atttach to a marlin 60

1 inch dovetail mounts medium height if your marlin 60 has 11 mm dovetail rails . if not will need to get receiver drilled for rail mounting and mounts of your choice better to get a competent gunsmith to do it

My elevaition crosshair wont raise high enough to raise my point of impact

your crosshair actually needs to go lower to raise the point of impact. if thats what you meant than you have a mounting/scope problem. the scope should naturally align within the adjustment range assuming the mounts are correct and the scope is functioning and mounted properly.

I purchased a Fujinon 3.5-10X50 rifle scope a few years ago and mounted it on a Remington 7 MM Mag. I am unable to pull a group less than 12 inches at 200 yards and have not been able too since installing...

It is most likely the mounts not the scope. I would just install it on the new gun and check it there. Most times a scope that wanders is the mounts. One thing with big scope is they need to be tight or the recoil will move it in the mounts. Next due to being tight when the gun heats up it can and will tweak the scope in the mounts enough to move your center. Try it in your other gun, try 3 shot groups and let the gun cool. Recheck your center. If it is good with a cold gun all is well. If it moves from one day to the next it is the mounts. If you count the clicks to recenter, come back the next day and move it the same clicks, it is the mounts. If it is all over the place, day after day it is the scope.

In the process of zeroing the scope in I noticed that I can adjust the elevation of the scope up but can't set the adjustment down as far as I need to go in order to be sighted in. This is the first time...

There are a few things that it could be. Make sure you have the scope mounted with the elevation screw on top and the windage screw on the right side. Next, carefully check the distance of the scope from the receiver. If the mounts aren't exactly the same, the scope could be tilted upward. Try switching the front and rear mounts. Make sure you don't have either of the mounts on backwards. Make sure the scope is built for the caliber you are shooting.

If none of these fix your problem, Leupold scopes are guaranteed for life.

Elevation is turned all the way up and at 50ytards

this is a common fault with fitting cheep mounts on your rifle,,
a nikon scope is realy for "air rifles" but having sead that there very strong scopes, i have 4 of them all fitted on full bore rifles,,308,(7.62) .303 british enfield, .22-250 and a 357 mag rifle? and none of them have shook apart yet! and i found that on a full bore they do shoot low,,,to get over this problem you could change the mounts to the ajustable type witch is pricy,,or a cheep way out is to pack the bottom of the rear scope mount out with a strip of 35mm film,,(the rear being the end you look throw),you only need to life the rear end of your scope 25th of an inch to rise its point of impact by 6" inchs at 100 yds as the nikon scope is one click (1 thou of an inch) = 1/4 of an inch at 100 yds so 25 thou will raze it by 6.25 inches (- bullet drop!) just undo the scews that hold down the rear of the scope and slip a bit of old 35mm film under the scope then nip the scews back up again and try it out,,,if its still low put in a bit more packing,,,but you can only get about 4 bits of film in before its likley to bend the scope tube!!! mind you with 4 bit under it you will be shooting at the moon??? its much cheeper that ajustable mounts,, all my scopes are packed out like this and they dont creep or slide or loos point of aim even after 300 rounds in a day?
