The sensor or logic board could be defect, when the logic board thinks there is still water in the tank. I would look there.

Now i noticed that the program never ends when it is around 3 minutes it starts all
Over again. I am able to continue the program because if it gives the empty the water msg i can press start again and it will continue the cycle.

I fixed the issue. There is a cable on the logic connector that is saying W/L.
It seems that this is the water level sensor cable.
So i removed it from the connector and turned on the dryer.
    And now is working properly.
Since the water level is visible no need to have water level sensor.
This is how i fixed that :)

When there was no need for the sensor it would not be there. Be aware it also is needed for the machine to see when it has water enough to start. And stop taking water. Don't try a full cycle without all sensors working correct.

I tried already a full cycle and it is working properly.

SOURCE: machine can't get rid of the water gives no drain message

The motor is burnt out. When it is cool it will pump water out, but as it heats up and the insulation on the windings break-down is short-circuits and stops.

SOURCE: clogged drain(?) LG WM2233H*

Check on the back of the unit just below where the 2 water lines come in. This is the location of the tub air vent. If you see evidence that water has trickled out of this vent then you probably had an oversudsing issue.

There is a mushroom valve inside the machine that seals off this vent when the machine is spinning out. Often, if oversudsing has occurred this mushroom valve will get soap residue on the shaft and keep it from shutting all the way. When water leaks out this vent on the back it tends to make its way under the machine and pools up right in front of the drain filter housing.

If this is your case, just make sure you are using an HE (high efficiency) detergent as it is low sudsing. Also make sure to only use 2-3 tablespoons per load.

Hope this helps, please rate my solution or ask additional questions if needed.

Check the drain pump itself. But at the same time if your clothes are still sudsy it sounds like it is not going through all the cycles. Almost like it is skipping a cycle

SOURCE: whirlpool duet sport wfw8300sw00 f-21 error

Unplug the machine. Unscrew the 3 screws under the front edge of the washer. The service technician manual is attached to the panel that slides down and off. Find F21 code. See suggested procedures. Note: My drain pump filter had a baby wash cloth in it along with some change that was disrupting the flow. It is exceptionally easy to remove, clean, and reinstall. Just line up installation notches when reinstalling. Whirlpool should have mentioned this filter in the User & Care Guide, but I could not find it anywhere in there.

It's normal to hear some water in tub, it isn't normal for the rubber wheel to be hard to turn, you need to replace the pump, they are much cheaper on ebay

Remove Water Tank

  • require you empty the unit by hand (usually less expensive units). These have either a removable water tank which must be emptied, or have an internal tank and a drain, where you have to empty the water into your own pan. Sometimes the drain is on the bottom of the unit, making it hard to find a pan that will fit under the unit to drain it.
  • discharge most of the water through the exhaust hose (usually more expensive units). This is called "Auto-evaporation" or "Self-evaporating" feature.
Most units are made so that they can be drained with a gravity hose that flows to a drain inside or outside your house. But the water must drain down. If the drain is higher than the unit, you may need a condensation pump to move the water upward. A few units do include a pump to send the water a short distance through the drain pipe.

do no forget to rate the solution as fixya if it helps you.
thanks.

GE dishwashers use either a drain solenoid or a separate drain pump assembly. Sounds like your drain pump isn't getting power to it until you start other cycles, which sounds like control board issues.

Good Morning Sir/Ma'am, We own an LG WM2233HW with an "error code of OE" which means "Drain hose is bent or clogged" and/or "The drain filter is clogged". I have checked both. I straightened the drain hose...

The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.

LG themselves have some information on this error code..
