My 1975 evinrude 70hp will fill the cylinders full of Lake water after running 2-3 hours, stopping to change gas tanks.please help.

Check your engine cooling pump and all the lines and housing where the pump pumps water into and make sure they are not broken or cracked or leaking . This is called a water cooled engine and has a pump to run cool water through the engine. This could be a major repair.

Why does my 1991 60 hp Evinrude outboard alarm sound and motor sputter occasionally?

when the alarm goes off is the engine getting hot, try running it in gear under load while tied up and with the engine cover off see how hot it gets and if the water i circulating all the time , might have cooling problem !

Since i changed the water pump on my 40 evinrude (1990) i see water coming from housing(midway up to head)and dont have much water pressure when running any suggestions appreciated.

do you mean the cylinder head gaskets leaking ? try removing the gearbox and fit hose to the intake water pipe and turn the water on and start the engine and see if cooling improves ! check for leaks again and if head gasket is leaking then replace it !

In my hp 61020 mt destop am facing the fan speed and noise is too high....any solution to this....

It may be just that the fan needs to be replaced.

More likely is that the computer cpu is overheating and the motherboard is ramping up the cpu fan speed to try to cool it, hence the high fan speed and consequent noise. This usually happens when the heat sink is clogged with a lot of dust. It could just be that the fan heat sink came loose.

It may be that it's just a noisy fan, in which case replace it with one that doesn't make as much noise.

Ihave a 1980 25 hp evinrude an i dont know if it pumping water i just put a new impeller in it but where does the water come out

run it in a dustbin of water and have the cavitation plate thats above the prop under water by at least 12inch , start engine and there is a hole at rear just below the engine cowl that chuffs water and exhaust out plus you should have a tail of water thats on the bottom pan of the engine ! with the top cover off there is a large plate on one side and thats the exhaust cooling plate and you should be able to touch it it the engine is cooling !
