Question about Cell Phones
HW usually stands for Hardware - I think you might need to do a factory reset (check the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to do this - usually some combination of pressing and holding the on/off button and volume buttons) and see if this fixes it - I woldn't be too hopeful though - it's likely that something within the phone is broken or has come loose from its internal connector - has it been dropped or knocked hard?
