2004 chevy impala brake light isses switch has been replaced and so have fuses and bulbs still no lights

Do you know how to test using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? Is there B+ voltage going into the brake light switch ? An coming out when the brake pedal is pressed ? What fuse's ? There is only one fuse for the brake lights !
The BRAKE SW fuse in the RH I/P fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the normally-open stop lamp switch. When you press the brake pedal the switch contacts close and battery positive voltage is supplied to the left and right stop lamp assemblies and to the center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL). The left and right stop lamp along with the CHMSL are grounded at G302.
Do you know about the right insturment panel fuse box ?

Sorry, no reset.
check all fuse links and fuses, hopefully those went before your chip.

When jumping a bike, connect bike first and disconnect first.

My 2000 Ultra Classic when riding the power goes completely out, engine and all. The run is about 20 to 30 minutes when everything stops. This doesn not happen on all runs. I wait about 2 minutes and...

When you're saying "everything stops", do you mean everything electrical stops? If that's the case and it restarts in about two minutes, it sounds like something is tripping your main circuit breaker. I do not have a schematic for your bike but it has to be something that is not protected by the smaller fuses. If it were, the fuse would blow before the main tripped out. The main circuit breaker should be located right there with your other fuses. It'll be a metal can like device about a half inch wide, a half inch tall, and about an inch long. It should be 30-40 amps rated. Whatever the rating is, do not change it as it's designed to protect your wiring harness. It may have just gotten weak and needs to be replaced but this is rare. Have you added anything electrical lately? This could be just enough to "trip it over the edge".

Good Luck

Engine dies after 20 minutes of running.

try some Berrymans B12 fuel additive in the tank. if your bike has been in storage it could be gummed up a bit. put in a little more than stated dose, no more than double, run it let it get hot and then let it stand overnight. it worked for me on my v star

Electric fans runs after car is shut off, drains battery

Having the fan run on for a bit after the engine has stopped is not abnormal in itself, but 20 minutes sounds excessive.

If the fan does eventually shut off, I'd consider changing the thermoswitch (this is a sensor screwed into the radiator somewhere near the bottom, with a pair of wires connected to it - to change it, you'll need to drain the cooling system).

If the fan stays on continuously until the battery is completely flat, see what happens when you unplug the wires from the thermoswitch. If this stops the fan, you need to replace the thermoswitch. If it doesn't, then you need to examine the wiring associated with the switch and the fan, looking for damaged insulation.
