I have a fruit machine, buzzes when i plug it in,and wont work thks

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
  1. Remove the processor's housing and components as needed to access the gears .
  2. Clean the gears with a toothbrush and inspect them for wear or damage.
  3. Replace any damaged gears. If the gears are in good condition, lubricate them and reassemble.

  4. Remove the housing as needed to access the drive belt.
  5. Move the drive belt by hand to determine if the belt is too loose or too snug.
  6. Loosen the adjustment wheel setscrew or nut and adjust the belt tension as needed.
  7. If necessary, replace the belt with one of the exact same dimensions.
  8. Make sure the adjustment screw or nut is tightened so it does not work loose.

I have a Honda HRR2165VXA mower that is having issues with the smart drive.

hello, hello, Drive belt replacement for front drive mowers. remove the belt coved on top of deckand clean out grass, turn mower on side where carb is facing up,use a pair of vice grips on side of mower deck so the blade can stop, remove the blade, remove the belt cover and clean out the grass, remove belt from rear and front pulley pulleys. install new belt, put belt cover and blade back on,put front belt cover on, should work,if that is not the problem; wheels will not prepeal the mower, wheels turn only when raised off ground, Check the gears or groves on the inside of the wheel for access wear that is a common problem, check the axle drive gears to make sure turns ok, to check gear box if ok pull mower back wards while drive is engaged,if wheels turn backwards than the trams is bad,all of this is caused by the operator,by not disengaging drive while pulling mower backwards or by holding mower back not allowing to propel self completely, hope this helps, any comments welcome, thank you.

It jumps and jerks when driveing it

Problem is more than likely a burnt belt. The belt gets smooth spots on it causing it to slip in the clutches. It really isn't too bad to access the belt.
1. Remove 4 bolts holding left footwell to frame, and bolts or clips holding the footwell to front and rear fender.
2. Remove footwell
2. Remove all screws on the clutch cover, loosen clamp on the cover breather
3. Pull clutch cover off to access clutches and belt
4. Slide belt over rear clutch to remove, may have to rotate rear clutch to aid in belt removal
5. Install new belt over front clutch first then slide over rear clutch while rotating rear clutch
6. Reassemble in reverse order
That should help if you're going to replace the belt on your own, and to keep the belt from glazing or burning again keep it in low gear while under heavy load. Whether it's going up hills, pulling, in the sand, or even putting around under 20 mph it's best to keep it in low gear. That will help get the most out of your belt. Hope it helps, Daniel.

I have a Singer 478 sewing machine and need to replace the top gear on the verticle shaft. Is there a repair manual for doing this. There was not category expert on this so please direct to the correct...

This is an easy fix. a lot disassembly required, you will need to gain access through the belt side to the singer cover plate, four clips hold it on from the back side. Once that is off, two screw hold small access plate which is under the letters Sin, remove plate, rotate shaft to access screw through opening which holds Vertical Top Shaft Gear, Singer # 155819 in place. Remove bottom cover, locate belt pulleys (2), remove cam tensioner, with a hex wrench remove pulleys, this makes it easier to remove lower belt. with a long thin, blade screwdriver, loosen screw on gear (through small access cover), slide shaft downward Rand R gear, reverse process, done. Be sure you document removal, take pictures, mark references with marking pen. This makes reassembly easy. I just replaced mine, I am handy but not an expert, hope this helps you...

How can I get to motor drive on g4 does it have a belt

The power drive has a geared belt on the end on the armature which operates the power drive. The power drive has been out since 1990, and I have yet to see a bad drive belt in 1000's of repairs. The drive unit itself will fail very infrequently, and need replacement. The belt can be accessed be removing the handle, switch plate, and upper motor shell. The power drive unit must be loosened and dropped down to remove the belt.

Need to replace belts

This model washer doesn't have any drive belts. It uses a motor coupling in place of a drive belt. If you need to replace the coupler, the following link explains how to do this:

You have to remove the entire washing machine case to access the interior. The back does not come off. Its not as intimidating as it sounds, though. The part number is included in the link I provided and can be purchased at for about $11. Just use the "Search By Part Number" feature. If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Howdo I replace dyson belt??

Replacing the belt on the DC-17 is not complicated at all. Once I understood how, the process took about 5 minutes. My best suggestion is to call Dyson and they will quickly and cheerfully walk you through it without making you feel stupid. Here is what they told me: 1. Remove the bottom plate that covers the beater bar, using a flat head screwdriver; pull the beater bar out so that it is only attached by the belt. 2. Use the flat head screwdriver to wedge the belt off the beater bar. It takes a little bit of wiggling, but it is not difficult. 3. Once the belt is free of the beater bar, use the screwdriver to unhook it from the gear that is attached to the motor inside. 4. With the new belt, repeat the steps in reverse, hooking the new belt onto the motor gear, over the beater bar, etc.

Motor runs but the drive drum that hold the sanding belt does not turn.

Instead of removing the drum, remove the belt and the cover over the gearbox. The gearbox cover is normaly fixed in place by screws around the drive pulley. There may be a couple of screws under the pulley, if so they can be accessed via holes in the pulley wheel itself. Check for worn or stripped gears. These gears can be replaced if need be, but if this is the case make sure you remove and clean out all the grease first and replace that aswell as it may contain bits of teeth that have come off the faulty gear. As far as I know belt sander drive rollers can not be removed without removing the drive inside the gearbox first.
