a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: forgot admin password
There are several ways to bypass the password restriction..
Check this out..
You can also download the above mentioned Dreampack.ISO here.
Some people also said you can boot into safemode and change the admin password never tried it but the above trick does work for sure.

Look around the Internet for a blank administrator password CD. You can find various ones to download (like UBCD) and then create a bootable CD. Once that is done, simply boot, using the CD, and follow the prompts to blank the administrator password. Log in using the admin account and create a good, strong (but memorable) password.
I hope this helps. If it does, please rate the solution.

If it is XP, try following two links:
If it is Vista, try the following (Not recommended)
Download Active@ Password Changer from this link:-
Install this. Run the application and make a Bootable USB drive. It's very easy as this software have wizard based interface for that. Just follow the manual.
Now go to the setup screen of the affected computer and set the 1st boot device to USB. Stick the USB drive to the computer and restart the machine. Once your machine boots through USB follow the instructions on the screen. You will get the details in the user manual of Active@ Password Changer.
***Best option would be re-install windows***
