Remove the shower head or hose at the wall
some manufacturers have a small restriction in there that becomes blocked from any thing in the line
I have found that the shower works well with out it any way

How to check for a leak in the water pipe of your building.

First you must ask your self, well water or city water? Well Water , first turn all plumbing off, no sinks showers dish washers running ext. Second sit and wait by the pressure tank, watch the gage if it drops and the well pump kicks on you have a leak. When doing this it make take a while of sitting their and watching depending on how small the leak is.
City Water First thing turn all plumbing off, no sinks showers dish washers running ext. second watch the water meter, if it moves then u have a leak, the smaller the leak the less it will move and the longer you will have to sit and watch.

Toilets have fill valves that fill the tank up after each flush, and a flapper that allows the water to drain. these parts go bad over time and should be checked once a year you insure you aren't wasting water and money.

Does shower / tub drain into black water tank

Would depend on the plumbing, but usually yes. Only toilet water doesn't.

If you have access to the black water tank, you can put dye in the shower, and then test it.

One of my HG shower systems has increasingly lower volume. The shower head and supply hose are fine. what should I check next?

If you are using water in another part of the house most times the pressure at the bathroom shower will go low. For instance if some one in the kitchen draws water in the kitchen sink this will make the shower water even turn cooler because of low pressure. Flushing the toilet will also do the same.
Most houses are plumbed with half inch water pipe and would work a lot better if it was three quarter inch to give more water pressure.

Can you tie into a common dscharge pipe when plumbing a sanivite and saniplus?

I think it can be done , but it may be against the local code for your area. The obvious concern is back up of sewage in the sink, and washing machine.
