Hello. Sp Gupta is most likely correct that the T CON board (timing control) or the ribbon cables between that and the panel may be bad or contaminated (corroded). It is also possible that the panel itself is bad. You could try replacing the T CON and see if it fixes it.

A bad Timing Control Board or bad/loose connectors and cables may be the cause. Please consult some TV tech.
