If Raymond's solution doesn't provide you with the desired results try checking the main jet in the carburetor. Todays gasoline wreaks havoc on small engines. To check the main jet do the following. 1st Turn the fuel off. 2nd Get a suitable container to catch the gas from the carb bowl. 3rd Loosen the bowl retaining screw (Requires a 10mm wrench) and allow the fuel to drain into the container. 4th Remove the bolt and then the bowl. (Check the bowl for cleanliness, clean as needed) 5th With a new regular screw driver (Or one in very good condition) remove the main jet. It is located directly above the threaded hole that the bowl retaining screw came out of. Make sure the screwdriver is securely seat in the main jet and then unscrew the jet. 6th Once the jet is in your hand, hold it up to a light. There should be a small, clean hole through it. You'll need to clean out this hole with a small diameter wire. Once the main jet is clean reinstall all parts in the reverse order. Turn the fuel on and check for leaks. Give your repair work a test by firing up the pressure washer. Good luck!

Your choke controls the mixture of fuel and air. An engine will run rich if it has a restriction to air flow. Try removing the air cleaner, if after this you can turn off the chock you have a dirty air cleaner.

Start OK but if after warm up I push the choke to run, the engine stops, I used 4 time before and idled OK

Push choke to run???then not use on a all ready warm engine you mean you push the GAS lever ? remember a choke can work as a throttle for the engine. it can have a double function if your electric start contact is damaged you can use it to stop the running engine also.
How long you are owner of the machine , read the manual about it !
If before it worked good on this kind of proceedings as described ? then if you mean you push the gaslever to run Try it to do it again without the airfilter. I THINK YOU HAVE An AIR problem by carburator if its so clean the airfilter if its not to old. or replace
You can use for short time the choke in most cases minimize use of the choke short not more then 2 times max you pull.or electric start.
AND very important control in any case allways for THE RIGHT OIL level !!

If the engine is warm(hot) do not use the choke forget it it has no use. control your spark plug electrode i think you will find the cause.

190 honda engine only runs on choke?

pour a large amount of carburator cleaner into the gas tank
run the engine for five minutes then shut it off and let it sit for a couple of days.
then start it and see if it runs any better
the longer you let it sit with the carb cleaner in it, the better it should run

What type of oil is needed for a Honda GC160 Power Washer? Honda 2500 PSI x 2.3 GPM.

The type of oil recommended for that engine is SAE 10W-30 and the capacity is 0.61 quarts. This and more can be referenced at the website at the end of this solution. I was able to find the owners manual of your particular engine.

White smoke. when it won't start, raw gas comes out of the exhaust GS190 honda Karcher 3000 PSI

Sounds like it's flooded. Close the throttle and open the choke if equipped. Pull it through a few times and then open the throttle a bit.

Honda GX340 11 Hp ..Runs fine until it gets hot , Cuts off and

FIRST...check the engine oil level. Some Honda engines have an oil sensor that shuts off the spark if the oil is low. This would also explain it shutting down when it get hot. Check the manual to see how to tell if the oil level is correct. Also, the oil should be brown and transparent, not black. It may need changing. Post again if this doesn't help :-)

It sounds like your intake is plugged with debris. What usually happens is a water hose that has been laying around will get various stuff in it -- dirt, grass clippings, small insects (and whatever they take into it nest building). These days most homeowner pressure washers do not have a proper inlet filter, but just a screened hose washer like on a washing machine. The unloader valve can cause pressure variance, but usually not in the manner that you described. The pump is being "starved" for input water. Just use a pair of needle-nose pliers and pull out the screen and clean it or replace it.
