Question about DSC Wt5500 - Alexor 2-way Wireless Lcd Keypad
I have just installed a complete system which was purchased new several years ago (4 years to be exact) but had been stored. Everything seems to be working fine except the clock. I have put in new batteries and find that several hours later the clock is not keeping correct time (it is slow). Reset it again and still same problem. Am I not doing something right? Thanks!

I am assuming that the keypad was successfully enrolled? Try to reprogram time. Time should be coming from the main unit and not the keypad itself.
24 hour time (ie 2pm= 1400)
Date Format mm/dd/yy
Keypad should confirm successful entry by beeping rapidly three times
press # a couple times to get out of programming
After exiting programming the display should come up within 30 seconds or so displaying the date and time before it goes back to sleep.
