You have explained your question with very good detail
Press the colour button, then hang up. Most faxes are capable of transmitting colour faxes, and you should press the colour because even if the sender sends a B&W Fax, it will Automatically receive it in B&W. If they send a colour fax and you hit the B&W Button, it will only receive in B&W.

My imate ultimate 6150 is hang on imate logo, i had done hard and soft reset but my phone not responds it is still on. What i will do?


Most of the solution in the google site are given same, even in this page it had given the solution which ultimately wont solve the problems. solution:
Press power button - reset button - and windows ok button at together and release the reset button except other button, your phone phone will start wait till the phone is started completely.

hello! this is a indication EPROM the IC that holds the functions program being corrupted ie has to be flashed (installation phone software)
Get a new inner key pad for the phone

Hanged i-phone


try holding down the home button and the lock button for about 10 seconds. this will reset the phone. if it still is not responding, plug it into the computer and use itunes to restore the phone to its factory state. dont worry, every time you sync the phone it is backed up, so your data should be restored
