I have F1 - blower error. Also, it give cooling down error. It works at 208 but not at 240. And i am not able to change it to 208 all time. Any solution please.


Ur using Turbo chef or merry Chef oven? Ur error was cause by fan blower for ur heater to circulate hot air inside the cavity for toasting.. Maybe it's now turning or stuck up. What's the. Model?

Oven cooks too fast and burns the food


My electric oven, Garland master 200 only reach a maximum of 250* and I only saw 1 of 3 elements turn red

Model TE2B garland does the fan run to move


The fan runs to circulate the heat inside the oven for more even and faster cooking...That is how a convection oven works :)

Garland oven MOD# MST43RE White flames and a lot of black.....


I adjusted the air mix, main burner was full of black stuff inside so took the air compresor and cleaned it good. Now i have nice blue flame!

My garland air deck will not heat up


I own a large repair company we charge these fees for our tech. ability I often give you people free advise but when you insult our techs try to figure it out yourself then you will know why we chargey the way I would not give you free advise you would not say thank you

it sounds to me like the door switch is not making. if you take off the bottom panel the switch is to your rightat the bottom. make sure that you kil power first brfore you remove the panet.

Pilot light


Maybe. Sometimes these units have small throttle valves near the pilot. If it adjusts...make sure it is about 1/2 inch long....you don't want it blowing out.
