Cub Cadet 1045 hydro. Transmission not working. Bypass rod in. PTO and belt fine. Jacked up wheels spin in opposite directions. Forward and reverse pedal when pushed makes loud grinding noise.

This actually sounds like the top pulley on the transmission may be loose and the center hole worn out.

Depending on the actual sound though it may be a bad transmission - sorry. I suggest having a dealer mechanic inspect it.

Cub Cadet GT 2000 garden tractor will not move forward or reverse after I just changed the hydraulic fluid and filter, it ran fine the day before doing this????

My first guess is that you have air inside the transmission. Most transmissions have a purge procedure to get the air out after an oil change. Please look in your operator's manual for the procedure.

Why is my Series 1000 LT1024 Hydrostatic Drive Cub Cadet not pulling?

In most cases the hydrostatic drives are not made by the company tractor or lawnmower.
This is in the owners manual.

Hydrostatic Transmission
The hydrostatic transmission is sealed at the factory
and is maintenance free. The fluid level cannot be
checked nor can the oil be changed. Always keep the
area around the transmission cooling fan free of grass
and debris at all times

If this is a hydrostatic drive, and it probably is, the transmission is sealed at the factory and requires no maintenance.

Possible transmission fluid issue. Drain, Fill, Drain, Fill.
Call dealer or check online to find which fluid it takes. It's probably 20w-50.
Look at sticker underside of tranny to fetch its model number then look it up online to see parts shematic for transmission.
Parts shematic shows the amount and type of oil.
You will have to work the axels and do the transmission purge located in your manuals first few pages then top it off its last few 8 or 10 ounces.. (unboxing)

Possible carb dirty.
