Question about Chrysler 2013 Town & Country Touring
Tried restarting, giving it a long break but still isn't working had no issues up until this point
"Disc Error" means your DVD player is not able to read the disc due to some reason. The reason may be an old and scratchy disc or a dirty lense. I am sure you must have tried another good clean disc also. Open the top if you can. Eject the tray and try to see the lense. If you can reach it, clean it very gently with a clean cloth so that any dust particle if deposited there is removed. If some kind of smoky deposit is there on the lense clean it gently with a moist ear bud. I hope your this will solve your problem. If it does not work, please show the player to some technician.
