There is a flow restrictor in the faucet. You have a very common complaint for these faucets. The restrictor will be shown in the owners manual. Remove the restictor. If you don't have the owner manual, work cautiously and take notes/pictures.

Yes,it sounds like you have to replace the hose.Follow the braided hose under your sink until you come across a yellow and black fitting . it is comparable to an air hose fitting quick disconnection. once that is pulled from the sink port,unscrew the spray head and pull the ose through the faucet body from above the sink

check and see if the weight is on the hose going to the handle, also check to see if the hose is free to fall down and that it is not hanging up on piping down under the sink

The hose should simply unscrew from the back of the head.
