a fuse gone to the speaker terminal of the end amplifier.
There are four lots steering and power transistors or only an integrated powerpack ic to find possible IC in one or in 2 pieces .... can be defective. final stage amplifier is almost always to find on a large heatsink or the cabinet with transistors, or MOSFETs or a one large STK ic they are almost always short-circuited if defect and it is easy to find if defective with a multimeter as it are conventional vintage simple NPN and PNP transistors, it may be that if you have a multimeter ohm sets and measurement performed no resistance is given on the three legs ie the shorted than you the transistors mosfets or sometimes replace an IC output stage 1 or 2 pieces, but do not forget or bad bulging capacitors are responsible or that there was an overload or shorting a speaker cable that has become trapped in the door or a cabinet.
Much options to suggest in case of no sound or only loose connection by shifting a carpet

Why does amplifier sound die after a short period of use?

There is a heat sensor on the heatsink (to cooling IC / transistor) which decides current / voltage, in case of overheating. This is indeed to secure IC / transistor power of destruction.
The cause of the excessive heat, the impedance mismatch between the amp to the speakers. It is also possible that parts already exist within the amplifier that is almost / half broken, for example, changing the resistor value, electrolytic capacitors are bulging or dried, isolation transformer windings were charred, solder joint cracking etc. Should be checked, before the fatal damage.

How to replace roland xp 50 keys And also repair outputs

Disassembly the unit.
Your question is less detailed. If the keys is broken, replace with new.
If you mean "How to",then you need the service manual.
Outputs problem, usually causes by output IC (or input IC) is defects.
It also can cause by AD/DA IC is error.

If fuses keep blowing there clearly is something wrong with the power amplifier. You can start by getting access to it and doing a visual inspection for signs of overheating or short circuits but then it will be necesary to check parts and eventually you will be able to isolate the defective part(s) and repair it.

Hi, when ever an amplifier comes on and no sound with it,it means that you will need to replace the sound IC that controls the sound that comes out from the output.

When you replace it the amplifier will be fine.

Have a nice day.

The problem is not likely to be the fan. I would suspect the output section of the amp to have a problem. These units use a 15 leg power IC for the output. Look for a small IC attached to the heatsink. It will be marked TDA7293V. This is the likely defective part.

Yamaha psr-240 lights up but no sound.. no sound from head phones either. Seems to be working with exception of sound out..

try placing your ear on the speakers, adjust the volume control up and down several times, you should hear a humming sound that goes up and down. if not problem with the stage before the amplifier, that is the sound processor. if you dont hear the hum. problem with the amplifier and speakers, including the sound ports or jack. dissassemble the unit. look for loose connections from speakers to amplifier.
