Question about LG Televison & Video
It is rare for both speakers to go out at the same time, but not impossible.
Try another input, such as a DVD player to see if you have sound there. If you do, then the problem is with your source, if not then you may have a bad Main PCB or possibly missing audio voltage from power supply PCB.
