I have the next book model:NXW10QC32G-R and tells me that Windows can not complete the installation and to install Windows on this computer I need to restart the installation but it doesn't let me

Double-click "System and Maintenance" and click "Device Manager" to launch the hardware management console if you are using Windows Vista or 7. You can format the laptop form the Windows CD, or other 3rd party utility like OnTrackDiskManager (DM)
After inserting CD/DVD, and boot from it, and the hard disk partitions appear to choose one to install windows on it, you can choose a partition and click: ( advanced option in the box below) and choose (format), and do so for etch partition

To format the hard disk and re-install Windows use the Windows installation CD, and the Windows Product Code on the label at the bottom of your laptop.

Boot up using the Windows installation CD and follow the instructions.

One of the installation early steps, the option to delete the existing partition, then create a new partition and then a full format on this partition (don't do a quick format) and complete the Windows installation.

Next install all of the Toshiba's computer/laptop device drives.

Next install the Windows service packs (SP2 & SP3 for XP, SP1 & SP2 for Vista)

Next Activate Windows via the Internet or by phone.

Next install your programs - Microsoft Office etc.
Next click on Start - Programs - Windows Update (for the latest updates).
