Question about Refrigerators
The ice maker is make a loud humming sound and has stopped making ice. We would like to either remove it or disconnectit so that it will stop make noise
Look right above the icemaker part that forms the cubes. Its usually brown in color, Just above it are 2 extensions of that brown part that has 2 screws going into the left side of the freezer, Remove the 2 screws and the unit comes out. The power plug for it is just to the back bottom of the ice maker. If you can see it you can probably just unplug it to stop the noise.
