I would like to know what are the Game Play Rules for Sorry Fire and Ice Game Play. How do you acquire token for fire and Ice. at what point do you Remove them What is strategy with token?

this link might help you:
Sorry Board Game Game Rules

or this:

n this new game, the objective still stays the same in which you try to be the first player to get all of your colored pawns into the HOME circle. However, there are only three pawns this time instead of four, and there is now a FIRE and ICE card. FIRE card is a benefit to you, in which you place the Fire ring around on of your pawns and at the beginning of your turn, you may move that pawn to the end of the board before taking your real turn. If you gain the ICE card, you place the Ice ring around an opponent's pawn and s/he may not move that pawn until another ice card is drawn, thus removing it from their pawn and placing it on another opponent.
The FIRE and ICE cards offer a little more of a challenge and a lot more excitement to an otherwise repetitive game. Sorry! Fire and Ice is a 2-4 player game and takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
The Fire rings are placed on one of YOUR pawns so that when your next turn comes up on EVERY TURN you have the fire ring, you can move that pawn to the closest fire sign on the board, giving you a swift move for free. Then you continue with your regular turn. The Ice rings are placed on an OPPONENTS pawn, to prevent them from moving.
If you draw another ice card, you have to ice a different pawn, you cannot leave it on that pawn. And if you draw the fire card, you put that fire card on another pawn, but do not touch the iced pawn. If your opponent has the fire you still cannot touch the fire pawn unless you draw another fire card, you must put the ice on a different pawn
Whomever draws the fire card is the one who gets to place it on his or her pawn. It is a numbered card that is specified when drawn.

or this:

Pick the card that gets your pawns out of the starting area, and then get ready to challenge your opponents in this game of sweet revenge. This Sorry game includes special fire and ice power-up tokens that give your pawns more powers against other players.
The Ice token freezes a pawn in place and doesn't allow you to move it until the ice token is moved to another player's pawn.
The Fire token lets you move much more quickly around the board.
Other differences from original Sorry!:
1) A player can move a pawn out of the Start space with any number card except 4 (in the original game, only 1, 2, and Sorry cards could be used to leave the Start space). Players also only have 3 pawns instead of 4 like in the original Sorry!
3) The 2 card no longer entitles the player to draw another card (instead they get to place the "Fire" token).
4) The Sorry card can be used to advance 4 spaces when no pawn can be bumped (either player drawing Sorry has no pawns in Home, or there are no opponent pawns on the main track).
Contents: gameboard, 12 Sorry! Pawns, 44 cards, 2 power-up tokens and instructions.

Cannot get ice & water filter out in order to install new one. Following directions, seems to be stuck.

Try this. Shut off the water supply, and try to dispense water. This will eliminate water pressure on the filter and allow easier removal. With water pressure in place, you are having to try to overcome water pressure and requires a lot more effort.
If this does not work you may need to find out if your refrigerator manufacturer has a special wrench to help removal of filter.
Hope this helps.

A rubber piece fellout and there is a white wire hanging out.

This just happened to me.

The waxy piece has a clear plastic bracket, if its not connected, look around your freezer. The waxy piece fits inside the bracket, and attaches to the ice maker, just in front of the ice tray.

The white wire fits inside the waxy piece. It is the thermostat that tells the ice tray when to dump the ice.

This is impossible to feel around for, so you will need to remove at least the bottom freezer compartment as well as the ledge piece from just inside the freezer door. If you are a relatively thin/small person, you can extend the top tray fully outward, and slide underneath. Looking up at the ice maker, the plastic bracket should have a little prong. This prong will attach just behind the ice maker, with the thermostat facing the ice tray.

Yeah I took mine apart and should have taken a picture of it before I did so. (Not too smart if I do say so.)
I'll put the steps here to assist, but here's a link to a small picture of it.
The parts SHOULD go together in this order.
1. Start with wavy shaft standing on the plastic sleeve.
2. Slide the plate on the shaft.
3. Put the wheel on the plate so that it locks in place.
4. Put one of the rotating blades on the shaft so that it will cut in a clockwise direction. (as it is in the pic) Note that the rotating blades are offset slightly. I have no idea which order they go. Maybe first cut on the inside last cut on the outside. Dunno'.
5. Place one of the large nylon stepped washer with the 2 levels on the shaft with the smaller end facing up. (like the pic)
6. Remove the pin from the stationary blade holder as you will need one of those blades next. Remember how it was assembled or take a picture. :)
7. Place the stationary blade on the nylon spacer so that it will cut in a counter clockwise direction. (opposite to the direction of the pic above and toward the blade you already installed.)
8. Put a wavy washer on next.
9. Then put the angled plate thingy (I have nothing else to call it. It's called a damper in the link.) Place it on so that the edge is downward and the flat side it facing up. You want to place it like the picture on the left.
10. Another wavy washer.
11. Another one of the rotating blades in the same direction as the last one.
12. Place the other large nylon stepped washer on the shaft with the small end facing up like the last one.
13. Put the last stationary blade on in the same direction as the first one.
14. Another wavy washer.
15. Put the last angled plate thingy on in the same direction as the first one.
16. Another wavy washer.
17. The last rotating blade... Again in the same direction as the last 2.
18. Put the last washer with only one step on the shaft. (Looks like a top hat.)
19. FINALLY, put the lock washer on before you have a chance to knock it over and lose all the pieces :P
20. Put the blade anchor on the stationary blades in the same direction that you took it off. The pointier edge should be facing counter clockwise. You should only be able to slide the pin in place from the top.

21. I really hope that this helps someone. This thing is DAMN tricky to put back together. Make sure that the thing rotates easily by hand before sliding it back into your freezer. I expect that if something isn't quite right the motor will just bend the bar or other pieces. After all, it does crush ice!!!

Good luck.

Need Grate for G2G Fire+Ice Model No. 465630003

Char-Broil customer not helpful at all. Rep indicates that her system doesn't show any compatible grates/griddles, so if you buy it to see you have to pay for return shipping and handling, but you would get your $59.99 back if you return within 30 days. If you're a betting person, then you may also want to roll the dice on buying from an e-bay seller. ;-) Good luck!

I fixed the ice buildup in the bottom of the freezer (I hope) but

I just saw your post today and yes I believe the part should be in place. The problem with the ice is cause by several reasons and will give you a link shortly. Below is a photo of the freezer components and how they should be.

If you should still need help but I almost think by now you have given up on us. Sorry I didn't see your post sooner Sea Breeze
