If the motherboard is not posting there could be something wrong with your bios. OR, if you have a problem with a peripheral that might also cause the mo bo to not boot up - in the latter case remove all items except the memory and attempt to post. If it does add items one by one until you come across the epripheral that will not allow the mo bo to boot.
If no post with all items removed then the mo bo is definitely suspect. U can try using a new bios chip but that is not a guarantee that it will work.

How do i solve the motherboard?

MSI Beep codes are fairly standard for their motherboards, but based on the BIOS they have in them. Considering it's only two beeps and no more, it sounds like your memory is bad. See the following page at MSI: https://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/bios-beep-codes

MSI H55M-P31 board & having 2 2GB DDR3 modules and I7 Processors, installed memory on dual channel and sytem beeps 3 time and no display

Depending upon which BIOS make is installed in your computer, 3 beep means RAM fault.
Check the specification of your motherboard for the recommended RAM.
Reseat the RAM nodules in the motherboard.
Remove the RAM and get them tested at your friendly computer repair shop.

My board does not turn on and its beeping. Ive counted 7 beeps. i tried replacing the memory with known good ones but still the beeping persist.

MSI states that 7 beeps means "Virtual mode exception error "

Explanation: Virtual mode is one of the different modes that the processor can run in. The system is reporting an error when testing this mode.
Diagnosis: There is a problem related to the processor or motherboard. Note that this doesn't mean that the processor is necessarily dead, since the system won't boot at all with a dead processor.

Not knowing the price of either your processor or the board it is hard to say what to do for the best

Good luck

please find the range of error beeps below try to associate the error beeps you receive with the error message and possible solution.
Phoenix BIOS beep codes are a series of beeps separated by a pause, for example:
1 short, 1 long beep System board error also visit the below site for ore information

I am getting 1 long beep and then 6 short ones

Hi canturob,
When a system reports a check sum error the bios is telling you the information stored from the last working boot does not match the current settings stored in the bios. Please power down your MSI system, unplug the power cord. Open the case & clear the bios. Location of JBAT1 on page 3 in manual.
Clear CMOS Jumper: JBAT1 page 10 in the manual. Remove the battery/cmos. Check it's voltage with a volt meter. It should test to 3volts DC. Anything less & the battery needs to be replaced.
While in the case re-check all data cables & power cables for good connection.
The MSI board uses the Award bios. Your current beep code of 1 long & six short is not a common beep code for the Award bios. See bios beep codes here: http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/awardbeep.htm

If the battery checks out ok, you may need to update the bios. Go to MSI: http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=utility&maincat_no=1&prod_no=205
To update your MSI bios (Option only if bios clear fails to resolves the check sum issue).

Good luck canturob!
Mike

Wont boot into bios

Hi anp62, you can contact MSI & order a new bios chip. Most manufacture's charge about $5.00 US.
It is worth it before trashing the board. You can contact MSI at the link below. http://www.msicomputer.com/support/OnlineTS.asp

Check MSI's Basic Troubleshooting Guide, so I don;t have to type all these checks.

well if thats so...theres only way and hope you can rebuild it...download from the official msi site www.msi.com.tw the bios properly for the board, make a bootable cd and under DOS mode try to rewrite it.
for now theres no bios in your board...
but I must say you...It is a huge chance that you did a severe damage to the board and may not be recovered..
however try the bios  like I said...
keep me up to date..I  worked a lot with MSI boards..I really want to know how you do it..
bye
