you almost have to open up the unit and follow the hoses from the handle into the base.fill it with solution and turn on pull triger.hold the triger in and turn off the unit keeping the triger pulled.turn off and start it up and try again.if it don't spray you might have a bad pump.open up the unit and see if all the hoses are hooke up.there should be a plug on the handle .is it plugged in.please leave feedback.i hope i was some help to you...pet

SOURCE: spin-scrub brushes do not spin
hello. there is a little window by the brush control. if you open it up, you can see that there is maybe some lint covering it. scrape that off, and try again. make sure your lever is set to brushes and realease the handle release. if this doesn't work, then you probably have a problem with your gear box. this can only be serviced at a repair shop. it is clogged. the hose part were it sprays is most likely to be clogged with debree. It happens all the time with hoovers
