How to fit new push rod cover cups

On your bike the factory stock push rods do not adjust.

So, you'll have to remove the top of the rocker covers, remove the rocker arms, remove the push rods (keep them in order, as they are different lengths and need to go back in the same spot they came out of) remove the push rod tube clip, and collapse and remove the push rod tube assembly.

Once out, disassemble the push rod tube, then reassemble with the new push rod cup.

Reassemble everything, putting the push rods in the same spot the came out of (again, they are different lengths)

Clean water and solution will not dispense

This is an unusual problem. The most likely reason is that the supports inside the upper handle grip have broken, and when you squeeze the trigger, the rod that opens the reservoir assembly is not pushing open the valve. If you remove the upper tank, and look behind it, you should be able to see the end of the actuating rod sitting on top of a rubber valve assembly. Squeeze the trigger and watch the rod to see if it pushes down on the valve. If it doesn't, the upper handle grip will likely need replacement. If it does push down on the rubber seal, the reservoir assembly has probably failed and may need replacement.

Toto toilet CT774S. The metal flush handle has fallen completely out of the tank. It's easy enough to slide it back in and push the metal rod into it inside the tank, but it isn't held securely in any way...

It appears that you are missing the nut that goes inside the tank. Look around inside the tank for it. If you do not find it, I suggest you take the lever to the nearest home center and try to find a replacement nut, or a cheap handle you can use the nut from. Most flush handle nuts are left-hand (reverse) threaded. I searched the internet for the part number for the flush handle assembly ( THU141#XX) and the price is nearly $70.00. Good Luck

My 98 yz125 i cant get the clutch pin and the pin in the carriage basket to line up the pin comining out moves all over is it suppose to do that?

Here is a diagram of the parts of the clutch. For ease of explanation, I am going to refer to the reference numbers in the picture so you will know which component I am talking about.

Now, the rod.push 1, reference #11 is supposed to float and have free play when installed under the pressure plate, #8. The key to getting the outer clutch cover installed is to point the teeth of the rod, push1 forward. Also, remove the push lever assembly #24 from the shaft before installing the cover. Once you engage the teeth of #11 to the teeth on #19, the axle, push lever, you rotate #19 to "pull the outer cover onto the clutch inner cover. At that point, install the screws to hold that cover on. Now, you want to twist #19 counter clock wise and install the push lever assembly in the correct position. Ultimately that correct position is where the push lever assembly and the clutch cable make a 90 degree angle. There should be a casting index on the case as well to show exactly where the push lever should be located. Just remember that when the cable is attached to the push lever, the cable and the push lever from a right angle.

Clutch push rod broke !!!

Chances are the prior owner installed some aftermarket springs that are too strong. This puts extra pressure on the push rod. Just pull the left and right cover of then remove the clutch assembly. put the new rod in from the left side then re-mount the left cover. Put the clutch back on then the right cover. The parts book shows a two piece push rod assembly. I wonder if a hardware store rod was installed because the factory rods are near impossible to find. The substitute rod probably couldn't handle the pressure and heat.
If not found elsewhere, google motorcycle salvage suzuki and see if you can find a used rod set.

Cant figure out what the door latch rod hooks to at the latch ins

Rod connects to latch on one end and handle on other end. Remove the inner door panel and look carefully with a light. The clip that holds it on is likely laying inside the bottom of the door. It's a really simple setup and shouldn't be hard to figure out. If you can't, remove the other side and take a quick look.
