Hi Judy, Im AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair
Judy, usually I don't answer the type questions without knowing the year, make, model and engine size so I can help someone properly. BUT, If your having problems with the blower motor not working for the A/C system then I'll give it a shot.
Judy, I can tell you this, most of the time when this happens and you have NO air flow, it usually is one of three things. The most likely first. (1) The "BLOWER RESISTER" which on most vehicles is located behind the glove box, mounted straight into the A/C Housing OR it could be mounted under the A/C Housing straight up from the floor board. (2) The Blower Motor is BAD and blowing the 30 amp fuse in the fuse block. (3) The blower switch itself is bad ALTHOUGH this very seldom happens. The blower resister is the most common and is where I would start as a technician.
Hope this helps and should you need further assistance please visit my auto-repair website here: http://www.bigasautorepair.com/
