JUKI DDL-5550-6 E7 ERROR CODE

The first thing to try is the fuse. The best way to do this is swap the machine's fuse with that in your kettle's plug - this should also be 13 amps as on your machine.
Also, it is possible that there has been a power cut; even though these are rare they can happen, so do not dismiss this possibility.
The final thing to try is to move the cable and see if the machine will come on. If the machine comes on then you will need to contact the manufacturer for advice about their repair service

My machine will not sew just came up on the electronics E 7

hi there
concern ERROR ( E7 ) means Disconnection of motor output connector.

-check wthether there is holdup when turning the moor by hand.
-check the machine head is locked?
please check the motor output connector for loose connection and disconnection. if coming when Power ON immediately means control defective.

if you need more help please contact me.

We purchased 7 Juki DDL8700 machines and every one of them is popping up with error codes ranging from: E7, E10, E003, E004, E005, E072 and E303. Please help.

hi there
concern E003-004-005 is same solution: check synchronize r need to clean or replace.
concern E7 : trimmer is jammed or timing cam for thread trimmer need to adjust other ways control need to check by electronic engineer.
concern E072 : check connection between motor and control - check sensor for motor ( inside ) - control need to check by electronic engineer.
concern E303 : check whether there is coincidence between head and model setup ( check function No. 95 and make sure it's dl78.
if you need any help please contact me.

Hello. My sewing machine DDL 5550-6 display shows the problem. E7. What is it? And how do I fix it? Thank you

HI THERE
concern E7 there's many reasons :
1- machine jamd ( try to turn machine by hand if you found handwheel is move easy ok.
2- thread trimmer locked or release? sometimes E007 come at the time of thread trimming function activated.( please check timming cam for thread trimmer ).
3- sometimes some threads go insaide hook and machine stop and give E7.
