If you have lost access to your phone you can do a reset. Reset my device

Switch off your mobile
Press and hold Volume down and press and release power key continuously
Android logo will appear
Keep pressing volume up and tap & release power key
Now select Wipe data ---> Yes-delete all user data
Moto and hard reset Repair My Mobile
